No there is no consensus on race and IQ. We know blacks have a far lower IQ, but the only debate is "how much is genetic, "how much is environmental".

@diyonisha Anyone that even suggests that must have a pretty low iq himself. First of all the brain is like a muscle and it drastically changes characteristics and abilities with training. Thats why usually people with higher academic training have higher iq, they were smart to begin with but not that smart. Even if the iq was completely predetermined by genetics(it isnt) your race does not determine YOUR genes, it just predetermines the probability that you have them.
