• I payed 2 dinner tickets for a Bee Gee's album from a kid at school for my sister cause I knew she loved the bee gees & I knew they were gonna have liver for dinner(I hate it, it stinks. Missed the jam roly poly with custard though). My sis loved it but she played it all the time. I still listen to this music cause I love it but only on my headphones because my other half takes the piss. Silly cow :):):)

  • I love this song.

  • brings a tear to my eye! beegees forever

  • This is what u call music...the lyrics say it all...hats off to the bee-gees...always will be one the groups that will always stand the test of time...love their songs

  • I thought the band had a girl vocalist singing, I was fooled. The song is great.

  • Samantha Sang and the Bee Gees.

  • The Bee Gees take me back to visions of Saturday Night Fever. Very talented group.

  • the BeeGees takes me back in 1976 when I was in the 7th grade...the best music ever!!

  • @asin1540-u must b a f gay

  • I want to cry every time i hear this song. They gave it a good title

  • This song make me cry everytime I hear it =/

  • Good But Nice!?!

  • this song is so dreamy. listen to the first 10 seconds and close your eyes. it remids one of palm trees and wind and an island.

  • 69 people can't hear the music

  • @psalmsurfer1

    they are ass hearing lol

  • @talafsa2 lol

  • real music real emotions

  • Damnit! Can't tell when it's samantha singing or the BeeGees!!!! Why must there voices sound so much alike!!! (Awesome song though. ;P )

  • forget the memories~~~so sweet

  • 69 people who disliked this must be bieberfags.

  • In the words from a broken heart!

  • How come people can't enjoy good music? Instead of comparing. DC did a wonderful cover of an amazing song.

  • Bee Gees por siempre maravillosos!

  • This song is better than the Destiny's Child version.

  • @ayochris125x Well, Destiny's Child made a great and funny video. The girls (behind the fantastic Beyoncé) had a great vocal performance too.

  • I met my wife Kayoko in Okinawa when this song, and Andy Gibb were the big new songs, along with Saturday Night Fever, cool time it was. ;)

  • My dad always love Bee Gees. I heard their song when i was 1994 or maybe 1995. Now I'm 19 years old and I love to listen Bee Gees like my dad.

  • @Bestbright Absolutly LOVE the Bee Gees~ and Im 21 ;) good taste

  • @Bestbright omg same here :D it is just that i'm 18 lol

  • fabuloso, un placer escuchar esta cancion

  • This song's so gay...Gay as in carefree!

  • people only say this version is better cuz its he bee gees and thier classic and all that. if destinys child had made this song first and the bee gees covered it people would be saying destinys childs ersion is better

  • @jamar14nara no, because it's the Bee Gees superior song writing that made this song. Destiny's Child would never have made it.

Now, a NEW song by the Bee Gees featuring Beyonce would be pretty kickin'.

  • @jamar14nara no its better because the beegees are ridiculously good

  • Isn't this Samantha Sang with the Beegees?

  • @nancydrew5 yes it is

  • that's right bradchaz, it's sammantha sang, it's so nice to hear this song again, 70's music will always be here to bring our memories back to the years when music was the best way to expressed our feelings ,

  • I finally found this song, I'm so happy :D

  • This is Samantha Sang; the Bee Gees sang backup and wrote the tune.

  • We miss you Maurice...

  • I was born in 2011 and I love this song.

  • para dormir feliz essa musica :D

  • such a sweet soft sound in the days when there was truly EMOTION IN MUSIC........

  • Perfect.

  • Most of the time nothing beats the original. Here is another case in point : )))

  • Destinys child do this song better, but I love the rhythm.

  • @joshuaralex SORRY NO ONE CAN DO THE SONG BETTER.

  • Comment removed

  • @joshuaralex destinys child over do the song. too much vocal acrobaics!

  • Jajajaja I <3 This Song By The Incredible Bee Gees....Born In 1994 :P

  • reminds me of roll bounce

  • @cloudymonkeyboy i love roll bounce!!!

  • I freaking love this song, <3

  • If anyone dare come to this page and call this song gay, i'll take my fucking boots and shove it down your cock-experienced throat. In the meantime, enjoy this lovely music and have a safe trip home.

  • I think it would have been better if the Bee Gees did all the singing on this song.

  • @alexlancer11 They do actually. Though that version was never released.

  • All you need for a nice romantic ballad with percussion is bass pedal-snare rim shot-repeat, etc., plus the little fill. Yep, if its a lovey song, the percussion are gonna have to just feel the groove. If its a dance song, well, there is still the groove but... And some music, esp. bebob, heavy metal, etc., well... Now you know why drummers tend to like the high energy stuff. Because they fall asleep playing everything else! :) Naaa, I think everyone likes a great love ballad, all depends

  • Destiny's Child never did this song justice.....I still have this on vinyl.

  • @bohemia1355 jealous much...telling you, not asking

  • @thefriqueisin No child....Just a person that prefers REAL music over industry driven gimmicks.I'm a grown, educated Brooklynite from Trinidadian&W.African parents that grew up in the 70's & 80's listening to everything.Good music is good music.Rakim>Lil Wayne,Grace Jones>Lady GaGa,DeBarge>Justin Bieber. If DC is your thing, cool but don't try to insult my intelligence by your infantile statement. So no,never jealous, just stating facts.Everyone remembers the original & not the copy.Poof!Be gone.

  • @bohemia1355 sad little person. I was the jealous one of your vinyl. A little understanding goes a long way.

  • @thefriqueisin Nope, not sad at all.Just misunderstood on how it was said but,It did sound a little bit back-handed.I'm a big enough person to apologize if I did misunderstand you but please, next time,be a little more clearer in your comments. When I see "jealous much",usually it's on some BS and I'm too grown for that.I'm a fashion designer in NYC and I hear that phrase all the time so when I do see it or hear it & find it unnecessarily said,I get pissed.I don't do jealousy.it's wasted emotion.

  • The original release was under Samantha sang.....Great song from a great family of singers......

  • demaisss muito bom que musica!!!!!!

  • demaisss

  • beegees are magic.......all we are love ......

  • I Was Born In 1994 N I Love This Song <3 <3

  • Esta é mais uma das canções que habitarão para sempre o meu coração...quantos momentos foram vividos ao som desta música...saudade...muita saudade...thank Bee Gees por todos os momentos que me propiciaram...tank pela postagem

  • Yes very good music.

    Thank you.

  • A real all time classic. At school I loved this and all these years later still do. There really is no substitute for class

  • nice *-*

  • i always liked the beegees they were great!!!

  • this has got to be the only break-up song with a melody that doesn't sound sad at all... but i love this song nonetheless! ^_^

  • This song takes me back to the first time I ever had my heart broken. First love, 15 and devastated when we broke up. This song and Sad Eyes by Robert John ended up being WARPED ( 45's) by the time I was done!

  • Beautiful....

  • best group EVER...HANDS DOWN...NOBODY COMES CLOSE

  • This was sung by Samantha Sang. The Bee Gees are back up.

  • @jac712 but bee gees whos the one wrote this song.

  • @jac712 Destiny1s Child is a very good performance....

  • I was a teenage when I knew this song and I still remember the moments like yesterday. I love it

  • Born in 1940 go bee gees, forever!

  • beautiful song

  • Nothing beats the classics

  • I remember searching a salvage yard in Southern California one afternoon, and finding a mix tape in an old '70s Firebird. I took the tape home just to see what was on it, and there was this little black boy singing this song to his mother. It was fantastic! I hope I still have it.

  • i might get hate but i think they sing this the best

  • born in 1993 and love it !

  • Que extraordinária canção! What a tremedous song!

    Thanks for posting it!

  • Just an FYI - that ain't the Bee Gees in the last pic. Cover band I expect... :D

  • I know this from back in the day its great come to bed music

  • Bee Gees back up. Wrote the song, though. Samantha Sang - well, "sang" it.

  • Annnnd THAT'S the reason I love the Bee Gees!!!! TOTALLY AWESOME!!!!!!

  • Luv it!!

  • Gimme yo wallet

  • Bee Gees and Samantha Sang???

  • todays music is garbage. to have lived through the 70's and 80's and old enough to enjoy that music is a Blessing. The new school is so fucked up,just like everything else

  • Like a fine wine, this just sounds better and better with age

  • Im a brotha and i love this music. Love the Bee Gee's

  • just beautiful you guys love it

  • born in 1999

  • love this song,

  • I was born in1959 and believe me, no band will ever come close to what the Gibb brothers achieved. They had a unique sound that simply cannot and will not ever be matched. what ever your age, just sit back with your headphones on and savor the pure and awesome sounds know today as simply, The BEE GEES!

  • @muckage1 .... well said and i could not agree more :-)

  • @muckage1 Not to mention their versatility in musical styles or genres over the course of their long career, including all the songs they wrote for other people. Good stuff.

  • I was born in the early '70s, and grew up listening to this stuff on the radio. Loved it as a kid, love it just as much now in middle-age. Great songs transcend the generations. This one really gets the emotions going!

  • One of the best songs ever...

  • Every generations music is influenced by the generations before it. What is not always influenced is the creativity and the genuineness of true talent. Does it make any generations music bad? I don't think so. I like a little bit of everything ( except The Bee Gees and I like ALOT of theirs ) but great music is just that plain and simple.

  • Beautiful song

  • This song is good for all those who plan to leave or left their spouses. God hates divorce. Fill your hearts with love then forgiveness will follow. But if someone is beating you LEavE!

  • Those lamenting the passing of these days would be the same fools who rebuked disco.

  • i love this song i love bee gees

  • Hate to tell you, but this music will never come back

  • @1knou Never come back? It never left.

  • Roll bounce brought me here!

  • i'm 178 and i love this song

  • Beautiful song. I wonder who wrote it ?

  • Comment removed

  • @stevjen1 this beautiful song was written by Barry ,Robin and Maurice Gibb the Bee Gees ....

  • @4ever4thebeegees sorry my mistake though most of the music that the Bee Gees wrote ... they all shared the credit but this one was written by Barry and Robin hope that helps and take care

  • I was born in 1961 and enjoyed the days when music had great stories to tell. I believe that some of today's music is great but the 70's was so full of magical songs. Too bad that this song brings back painful memories but i guess that's the point. If a song can take u back and feel the emotions that were there 30 years ago it proven itself.

  • Comment removed

  • @sterythm I totally agree with you on that. there is no music today that compares to the music from that era.

  • it dont matter how old you are; this is good music regardless .

  • This soft blending version of the Emotions with Samantha Sang is the best.

  • this is another song i wouldn't have heard if i didn't hear destiny's child sing it. i swear i was born in the wrong time b/c i would have been listening to them and michael jackson always since i go a little overboard when i like an artist or group.

  • Boy! This takes me back to when i was in high school. What a great old days. Brings back so much memories.

  • naya rivera brought me here :D

  • Right on dude... but it's Andy Gibb not the Bee Gees. Pretty close but no cookie!

  • @406jamel . Thats Robin and Barry singin there with Samantha Sang who's name the track was released under.

  • my classmates are party people who embrace the present music.... hmpph.makes me wanna kill somebody

  • iWAZ BEiNG MADE tO tHiS SONG♥

  • never hide what makes what you feel right words flow from the deepest well of love...................

  • Reminds me of my mom.... love and miss you!

  • i am 48 and have felt that way for a long time. i love the eighties but after that music just isn't created like seventies and eighties.

  • 66 people can't feel the emotion ;D

  • i remember destiny's child here ! and whenever i watch the DC version .... i just remember Bee Gees! hahahahaha

  • BASED!

  • Yes, you were born in the wrong time, UNLESS your generation starts writing good music too.

To be honest, there are a few current artists that actually use creativity and real instruments, but it used to be EXPECTED.

Until things change for the better, keep digging up this great music from a better day...

  • Grew up to my mom listening to this music. Love it, real music. Not the garbage that they air on radio. Soo sad, this music is truly one of a kind. Doubt any new comer can ever top this.

  • Lol im 12! this is way older than me but still luv it

    lol

  • The girl singer is called Samatha Sang on this track - I always thought it was Streisand! Beautiful vocals

  • Oh my goodness gracious. If you are 40 something and this song doesn't take you back to some of the best times and best music ever recorded, have your heart checked!!! I grew up on BeeGees Music, and this song can take me back like few others can. No matter how old or young you are, anyone should be able to appreciate the emotion that is in this song. Some of the best vocals I have ever heard, there will never be another group like them!!!

  • i wish i was born during this era of music :) this is pure talent
