In 1987 my first grade teacher thought I was a genius and had some PHD interview me because of this game. They asked us to draw pictures of things dear to us in the form of a story and answer questions. Kids put there dog or there football. I put rings, a Tiforce,Magic wands, spellbooks, potions bows and arrows, mythical creatures. Funniest thing ever, I got all kinds of attention. When they found out it was Zelda it was so funny! Wish I never told them!

At 6:29, you get hit by Gleeok's head but don't lose a heart. When I just tried it, I lost a half heart. Talk about total BS. Next time, don't post ridiculous fake garbage. Also, way to go on the "lucky" bombs you're picking up all over the place.

Honestly, I agree with you. (My language wasn't needed) I don't see how he didn't take damage, and it still doesn't make much sense. What I had to realize is that this was VERIFIED that no cheating was used in any way, and sda lives by that promise. I know that many people put a lot of time into this to make sure it was 100% skill, and I accepted it. It doesnt matter what I think happened. I just have to accept the fact that I'm wrong and move on, and thats exactly what you have to do too.

The guy uses continues and reloads to do a speed run. Anybody with absolutely no life and all the time in the world can do that. It doesn't take any special talents and skills, only the patience to get the exact correct circumstances to create the fastest time (getting bombs to start, winning the Money game to buy the candle, etc.).

Sorry, but only a start from scratch, no-continue performance on the original NES gets my respect.

If you bomb it the right way you stun it instead of hurting it, at which you can kill it with your sword in one hit. It's tricky but possible.

Old games are actually much harder because it was before the days when their marketing departments realized that if they'd dumb the games down a lot people would rage quit less and play longer, as well they'd attract a wider audience. Sad but very true, old school games are challenging out of the box, whereas if you aren't playing a new gen game on hard or insane, you're playing something literally designed and targeted for noobs.

Actually there are such people. They do speed runs, challenge runs, and other such events. I myself am working on doing the Challenge mode, where you collect no heart containers or peices. I have done it but trying to get it so where I end with a zero score. So far I am up to LTTP.

I think it might have been. On the gamecube version, you pause and press X. On the NES, I think you press up+A on the second controler. I know there's some sort of up+A trick on the NES and I think that may be it.

if the smoke hits the dodango but he doesnt swallow the bomb, then you can attack with sword which will kill him
