@Born2BwastedUSMC the switch on the back of the car activates the racepack inside the car that measures different things like RPM,Axle speed,nitrous stuff and other things that after you make a pass you can download it and find out what happened on the pass. This pass didn't go to good but it was in testing and we got too rich on the gas no harm no foul

@awad212 the rear tires as big as they are have less air than the front tires. We constantly measure rear tire pressures to keep them the same. Thats why you see people with tire covers on the sides of the car to keep them cool when its hot.

@theblackbmxer Umm... Let me explain it as simply as I can. The Nitrous is sprayed into the air intake of the engine. (I believe. Atleast the nitrous nozzle of my Supra is just infront of the throttle valve.) So I guess the nozzle of this car was bent away a little, nitrous filled up the room around the engine and when he floored it, the mixture exploded. I'm really not sure though! Hope I could help!

Nitrous pops happen all the time, that was a very mild one. a couple of comments down it said he came right back up and made a pass, didn't hurt a thing, just popped. nitrous systems don't just add nitrous, they add fuel too, you can add a shitload of nitrous as long as you don't go lean on the enrichment fuel. but solenoids stick sometimes, pops happen all the time, no biggie

His support man ran to the back of the car..Presumably to kill the power to the pumps and shut the nitrous valve. All of which should be accessible at the rear of the car. These devices avert tragedy and should be planned into any race car especially nitrous equipped. Kill the fuel pump, shut down the nitrous flow!

You shut down the nitrous, although not flammable, it will seriously increase any fire or chance of explosion if the supply hose is burned or ruptured.
