its blu tak, i think you cant get it in the US but wat i kno is that it is similar to mighty putty but unlike mighty putty, it does dry because its purpose isnt to hold something up, it is supposed to stick 2 things together and it is REALLY strong so like you could use it to stick a shelf to a wall and put like 10 book on it without it falling
