@chadray Deadites are not zombies, they're demons who inhabit the bodies of humans. Ash has a deadite inside him but he's strong willed enough to not let it take over his body. All though in Army Of Darkness, his deadite escapes Ash's body and gain its own.

Nice video, but the alternate ending really sucks ass! They should've put the ORIGINAL ending instead with Ash back at S-Mart and saying "Hail to the King baby". Sorry for my annoyed rant, but that's just how I feel about this sequel.
