Not only does VEVO keep Youtube free, but it also gives money to artists since now they don't even make half of what they used to because you can just buy a song off iTunes for a dollar or so instead of buying an album for 15 bucks.

the ad's are the capitalization.....it's just like tv. with commercials. it's just them telling everyone else that they can't play these songs and so they're the only ones left with the rights, then they show goddamn ad's in all their songs so their sponsors will give them.....monies. whereas just a regular old john doe music loving fan of a song won't put up ad's cuz they're just that. music fans. so, again i say, fuck vevo and their fucking capitalist ways. get the fuck out vevo
