  • That's not too bad. For being 300-305 and getting that many reps at the weight is respectable. In my opinion if you tightened your upper back, put a lower arch in, and drove through your legs instead of not using ur legs at all you would probably get another rep or two. Whats ur max at now with a pause?

  • um, no you're not. Arching your back, lifting your ass, and other things are what others do, to do weight they can't do. Power lifters use it and as far as I'm concerned its cheating. This guy did perfect sets. Even though the thumbless grip is scary.

  • Ok yeah im sure. Telling me i'm a bad lifter to prove your point. You are really a credible source of information. Your arms, shoulders and other areas should support your lift. This is basic math, Putting your body in a focused position puts more stress on your bones and less on your muscles making it easy to lift. So get real.
