Brilliant performance. Its clear to me that this is by far opeth's greatest lineup. The vibe is so unique. Lopez's playing on this song is so beyond what any other death metal drummers can do, he has so much feel. So much soul to his playing.
Peter and Mikael as well, they work so well together.
Couldn't agree anymore, man. Tho Axe is a great drummer, he simply does not play the quiet songs(Like this beauty, Closure) as well as Lopez did. Sadly.
Saw Opeth last night. I really miss Martin, he played Damnation so unique.. However, Axe does a fucking awesome job on the heavier parts. I'm still addicted to Martin's more jazzy feeling and touch. They didn't play Closure - sadly - but we got Hope Leaves which is also fucking brilliant. All hail Opeth :)
