pre for dynamic mic miking a bass combo, driven hard, very fat
as i used long time ago: pre in front of the peavey, gave me a very oldschool tube sound, in this case the built in limiter was really useful in a band context.
slight amount of noise, you can count on.
try the selected preamps in a real work test, do not rely on the shopkeepers stories.
