looks delicious, but i would recommend you only boil your udon for 1 minute. most frozen udon noodles are ready after exactly 1 minute of boiling. then immediately putting the noodles in ice water/cold water sets the texture so the noodles are just slightly chewy like they should be at a good udon shop. nice video
Hey Jay! I'm back from the East coast and catching up on your videos. ;-) Great way to show an easy sauce for the chicken. I will definately simplify my chicken recipe that I serve over rice the next time I make it. See ya on the next vid, Susie
Wow! This was cool, I like how you put this together, I sear it seems like its a voice over at some parts. You really know stuff about food, I'm amazed by how you know these things. Most people would think it's common knowledge but its really cool how you went through that. Or maybe I just haven't learned cooking science yet. hahaha. Please keep the cooking videos coming! ^_^
Thanks for the encouragement! The best way to learn is to watch, then do. The great thing about video is that you can always go back and watch again and again. Glad you like the channel. Lots more cooking to come!

That looks awesome! Like how you incorporated the info on the versatility of the chicken before adding in the finishing touch to the udon
