  • Hey Jeff. Kudos for having the will in the first place to put together such an exhaustive weight gain method--definitely calls for lots of hard work on your end. I've been using your product for a week now and have gained around 2 to 3 pounds (I'm 5' 11'' and weigh 124 lbs). Still have a long way to go, but I'm glad that I've gotten off to a good start. Thanks!

  • I'm 130 pound LOL. I have being skinny, but I'm glad I'm not fat lol

  • That mean don't work out more than 45 minutes... hmmm Great Advice :)

  • 6'1 160 lbs, normal? cuz most of it is fat but i look skinny WTF

  • I managed to get sick pecs and abs but my legs were skinny from cardio, arms were kinda big and shoulders were nicely shaped.. then I started smoking and still smoking.. plus I'm full on skinny again. Wish me luck

  • This is great advice from a regular dude..str8 foward to the point and makes sense

  • I'm 115 lb 5"6 height..... lol

Don't worry, I'll have a plan for my diet.

    Avocado +Tuna +olive oil + cashew.

Eat it before work out and after + all the main meals.

Weight lifting and resistance. AVOID CARDIO!!!

  • @tuck295q I feel you man. I'm like 5'11 or 6 and around 133 lbs.

  • This is worse then texting while driving lol

  • what foods did you mostly eat to get your results?

  • WWE SUPERSTAR THE MIZ !!! ... lol ... you look like Mike Mizanin (The Miz) from WWE ! Thanks Jeff this helped a lot .. really ...thank you :) ... by the way , im an ectomorph and i need to gain muscle mass ... what split do you recomend and on what days ... i was going to the gym 4 times / week .... so , please :)

  • workout tip #4: mushroom tip

  • Hey u guys look at my profile because I'm using this and I have results

  • @WeightGainNetwork do you have a fast metabolism? Because if you were skinny and had a slow metabolism it would be easier for you to bulk up. Also i am curious as to what your weight an height was when you started. I am currently 5'11 and 142 pounds and am looking to be in the 155-160 pound range. What are the best foods for a fast metabolism like mine and how much protein powder should I consume after each workout. An answer be great :)! Thanks - Roy

  • I read his free report, and it says to take your supplements in a proper order. I was wondering what is the proper order to take them. He listed the best ones were Flax seed oil, WHEY protein, and creatine. I have these, but i dont know when to take them. Which should i do before my workout or after, or the rest day? Any help would be appreciated.

  • @idk510 ive gt his meal plan and he said to take flax seed oil with the whey protein and put the creatine in aswell once in the morning , post workout and at night take flax seed with whey protein No creatine though because thats your fuel to lift heavy

  • Hello fellow gainers ive recently just got a manual from jeff masterson and i wondering whats a gd substituite for eggs because im allergic to them :(

  • agree a 100%, i just wish i saw this video 8 months ago when i first started, i would've gotten mroe muscle mass now, but we learn from our mistakes. I used to waste my time with isolation movments and workout for almost 2 hours. not good

  • @sirchristian12 do workouts really good for building muscle off my head i can say pushups pullups deadlifts squats lunges millitary press etc. PS if you want muscle focus on working out less than an hour a day and dont try to get fat idk why people think you need fat because it is physically imposible to convert fat to muscle( if you have any fat if you workout your body builds muscle underneath the fat and slowly burns the fat so many people think fat turns to muscle)

  • 45 minutes only in gym ?

Im skinny guy.. 6 ft 1 - 154 lbs.. and im in a gym about 3h!

i need to take alot of things out to workout only 45 minutes...

  • @QStopper trust me ur messing up ur hormones in all kinds of differant ways working out for 3 hours

  • I am 115Ibs and really wanna get bigger. Do pushups help with that at all? I have a very small frame, tiny wrists, tiny forearms, chicken legs lol. What more can I do to bulk up and get a bigger frame. Any advice? Would this workout work for me?

  • @sirchristian12 eat eat eat

  • Dude, your still way "fatter" than me when you started. Im 6'3 and weight 150, no muscles anywhere

  • @eerriikkeerriikk When I started I was 6'2" and about 145. I've actually gained over 60 pounds since I've started. No reason you can't bulk up too.

  • @WeightGainNetwork I'm 5'11''

and I started at 138 - went up to 215

Now I'm hanging around 185-190, it's all about the BF%

But I can't figure out how to get the skinny guys to put on the mass when they stand at around 6'5'' plus

  • HELP Ok so to do 4-10 reps the weight has to be pretty damn heavy and for me thats not good for my back so what do I do HELP

  • its been a month since i stared a routine work out and i work out every day

and i got good results i was 160 and went up to 175 this my routine

  • Great tips. You kept it simple and to the point. Thanks.

  • Hey were all missing the real problem here, hes endangering himself and others by making this video and driving

  • Wow get off the twins..... Get it?) Fukn fat they don't kno it all.

  • This dudes videos are awesome ive gained about 30 lbs over 3 and a half year now 153 6 foot so still fairly thin. But i started eating right and doing full body workouts and put on 5-8 lbs since the last few days of august you are what you eat and you look how you lift deadlifts and that shit made a hugee difference for me

  • @Pbreezyy1 Thats great dude good stuff....do u think u can help me out though? I am 16 years old 6'3 and about 180 pounds do i need this program? Am i at the right weight for my height to start trying to gain muscle??

  • @bolsenny Depending on your frame (big or small shoulders) you should be between 160 to 200 im have narrow shoulders so at about 165 ill be at my ideal weight to look heathy anything more then that and ill look "big". If you have a medium frame your right where you need to be and 5 or 10 lbs of good muscle is a huge difference so if you did that i wouldnt mess with you at 190 6 foot 3 haha

  • @Pbreezyy1 Thx man, but ima try to lose some weight(not like im fat or anything lol) ...but i think it would be alot easier to gain mass at a lower weight.

  • @bolsenny Sorry but ive been trying very hard for about 4 months and its definately not as easy in my opinion... Also its expensive to eat alot of protiens. (thats just my opinion im free to comments)

  • @bolsenny Oh hahah my bad um yeah well then if you wanna slim down do high reps low weights and run and get good sweats going. Eat really strict. Fruits veggies heathy stuff. That will get you shrededd down to just your lean muscle then you could bulk from there

  • Great advise!!

  • Bmw 335ci ...???

  • @Hiphopisntdead1

    True..

  • What do you do for cardio?

  • what do you say to a skinny guy who cant go to gym and only has dumbells at home

  • @r10goal i say congrats bro, hope it all works out for you, goodluck

  • @r10goal are you me ?

  • @heroicman03 what?

  • @r10goal exactly!

  • ok so this winter i weighed about 210 pounds. i lost 70 pounds in one month by running as much as i possibly could and honestly i know it wasn't healthy but that's not the point. Now i'm trying to gain muscle and i'm finding it next to impossible. I eat about 3000 calories a day (mostly meat, fruit, and nuts) and stopped running. i do like 500 push ups every day and do lots of squats, sit ups, bicep curls, and pull ups but see no results. what do you reccomend or is there a way to slow metabolis

  • @Danicus513 go to the gym, need more weight

  • @Danicus513 each muscle part u have just exercised needs to rest for 3 to 5 around 4 to 5 days is the best also check out twinmuscleworkout they will help u hugely and aswell luimarco

  • you gain muscle more muscle by tearing the previous muscle so that it grows back larger than before. thats what he means.

  • Comment removed

  • doesnt sticking to lower reps mainly build strength and not muscle?

  • @yuvrajdiwan123 he said it will build your strength..thus u can lift more weight which tears ur muscle tissue and you get better results

  • @yuvrajdiwan123 Volume is better than intensity that's what my friend told me. He's a personal trainer at 220.

ectomorphs bodies burn fat really really fast, so doing more reps thats intensity that's for toning which is not good.

  • @WeightGainNetwork

Should i get a gym membership or should i just buy the weights? Both are expensive =S

  • can u workout your abs if u wanna gain weight?

  • @swigaforty yes you can (ofcourse moderate), cardio is what can affect you a little bit.

  • WeightGainNetwork@ if i drive back hom can i stop by a burger kind and order some food to eat right away? i mean for ectomorph thats owkey right ;)

  • so more weight less reps is better than less weight but more reps? for size gain, that is, not endurance.

  • Thanks

  • you really nead to eat more than 2,500 calories a day and also lets say you weigh about 130 lbs and ur trying to reach a goal of 150. You needa get 150 grams of protien. I gained ten pounds ina about 2 weeks with this product called SERIOUS MASS by Optimum Nutrition . they have have web site check them out!! GNC.com aslo have this product . Every shake will give you 1.650 cals with milk so very good . hope i helped

  • @blakethesnake872 im 140 and 6,2 but im trying to reach 160 and if what you say is true i will be eternally grateful haha but thanks

  • @blakethesnake872 Please don't post nonsense until you do some research, without going into a deep explanation Ill just say 150g of protein is for VERY big fellas. Divide your weight by 2 and you get your protein intake in grams.

  • @dehBix I think you are who need to do research my friend and not criticize others if your knowledge is nto very trustable; why I say this? this is why.

First of all150g prot is not for big fellas, idk what pro bodybuilder eats that amount, in fact thats very little for soemone going seriouse or competing.

Second of all the rule of prot intake is not to divide your weight by 2 idk who the fk told u that, you must consume from 1.5 to 2g prot so if for example u weight 150lb then consume 300g.

  • @Blazerelf Haha 300g of protein, my child I never listen to someone who spells like a third grader. Before you do sugnificant damage to your body I suggest you google how many grams of protein you

    need to consume. Have fun

  • @dehBix spells liek a thrid grader? lol check your second line, oh wait I'll copy paste it for you: "you do **sugnificant** damage"; your spelling is irrelevant and lame when yourself you do those kind of mistake idiot. I don't need to google anymore but ill give you 5 very prestigouse link so you read, but in another post since it won't fit here.

Read them and then comment me back, also if you want to say some Bs of my spelling make sure you carefully check yours, so you judging be relevant.

  • @dehBix I know you will not read them or atleats not all of them so I'll send you just two, you may jump right to the protein section so you can read; these two are very famouse and reconized website (BTW if you don't know them it will prove that you dont research much enough).subtitute the (dot) 4 real .

    1)bodybuilding(dot)com/fun/hardgainer-muscle-building-1-nutrition

    2)simplyshredded(dot)/the-top-10-don%E2%80%99ts-for-mass-gaining-to-build-rock-hard-muscle-fast-here%E2%80%99s-what-not-to-do

  • @Blazerelf Interesting you misspelled hundreds of words and you caught me with one wrong key hit on my phone but that isn't the point. I really hope you aren't taking those articles to heart, even if they stated you need a 125-188g of protein intake for a 125lb man and quote "u weight 150lb then consume 300g" haha, that just tops everything. Quote from an article "2.0 grams/kilogram is used by many sports nutritionists" If you want to be a hard gainer with 300g protein and 4k calories go ahead.

  • @dehBix Lol keyboard mistake?nice excuse..Well I don't deny my mistakes your the one going off the topic to comment on something it's not relevant just to troll; anyways the article i gave you was based on a 1.5g prot per lb which as I said is minimum, In my example of a 150lb guys consuming 2g is if your into serious bodybuilding where its better to consume slightly more than to have a deficit.

  • @dehBix 220-250lb is pritty much the range pro bodybuilder are in; based on your math they should consume around 110-125g prot, find me a diet from a trustable site or a vid where they tell it themselve where you see anyone eating that little in offseason, I'll bet you tehy will most probably be eating from 400g+ a day, either or not natural;your statements in not completely wrong consuming half your weight in grams prot it's enought to "survive" but when we talk about building muscle its more

  • @Blazerelf Here is the breakdown so there isn't any more confusion.

Athletes- 2.0 grams/kilogram formula since they aren't meant for body building but rather endurance

Weight trainers- 1.0 or 1.2 grams/kilogram formula to gain lean muscle

Body builders- Honestly, my unit of measurement for body builders would be 2 shitloads of protein (200g)

I can't say what the majority of a body builder's protein intake is but its about 2-4 shitloads

Stick with weight training, 300g of protein is ridiculous

  • Thank you : )

  • hey what kind of car do you have lol it sounded pretty nice at one times in there

  • @Sm00gles scion xb....?

  • What did you eat? Your diet plan and how many times did you eat? It's more than just working out!

  • you didnt gain 47lbs of muscle bro. most of that is fat.

  • hey guys, i just wanted to know does masturbation affect progress in weight training in terms of getting bigger. is once a day too much.?

  • If you recommend doing compound exercises, what other exercises can I fit into "chest day" besides bench press? I do flat bench, flat flys, incline bench, incline flys then do a few triceps exercises to finish up. So are you saying I should just do bench (flat and incline) for the whole 45-60 mins of my workout?

  • @PureJockPureBrit He said focus on compounds. Still do some of the isolation work but base it around solid compound movements like bench press, incline bench press, push ups e.t.c. Keep the absolute MAX volume to about 12-16 sets total for any large muscle group and 6-9 for smaller muscles like biceps. Any more and you're not gonna be loading heavy enough to get the gains you want. Eat like an animal too especially before bed.

  • @pennthebaker eat like an animal before bed ? are you kidding me ?

Your carb intake at this point should be 0 and your fats should be minimal. Fact is your body is not active, nobody wants to accumulate fat while they sleep due to having carbs and high fats while they sleep. Cassien protein at its best at this point. Slow releasing protein to provide your muscle with necessary amino acids at a slow pace to prevent muscle breakdown.

  • @MULTIMEDlA when you weight train you still burn lots of calories after you workout. Your body needs protein to build musce but it needs carbs to give your muscles the energy to use the protein and build. When you are 160 pounds 6 ft, ectomorph havnt gained a pound in over a year im sure eating at night isnt gonna hurt anything.

  • Comment removed

  • @paveyri A post-workout meal plan has nothing to do with your meal before bed. Obviously you need to replenish your muscles with the right amount of carbohydrates after you workout. Your body doesn't require extra calories at night before bed... it will convert all that extra energy into fat (for survival). Hence the reason why people don't eat carb / fats before hitting the sack. Bodybuilding rule, start eating big and work your way down. Big breakfast, and slowly decrease calories till night.

  • @MULTIMEDlA What are you talking about? This is for skinny ectomorph guys yeah? Wanting to put on weight yeah? It is essential for people in this situation to consume as many calories as possible and i

would recommend carbs and fat with protein before bed. This is for mass building and you aint gonna get that as an ectomorph just sipping on some lean casein shakes before bed. Ignore this guy and eat like you've never ate before...... Accumulate some fat and plenty of muscle.... Get lean later!

  • @pennthebaker I'm an Ectomorph and with years of experiencing failure - YOU DO NOT WANT TO INCREASE YOUR BODY FAT DRAMATICALLY. One of the worse ways is to gain that fat while you sleep. You can be skinny fat Ectomorph and that's really bad. Having your BF % higher than 15 and you are in for a fat loss cycle despite looking thin. Fat accumulates on your back and stomach (males). Hence the reason why we monitor calories, to prevent excessive caloric intake. I speak from experience, watch my video

  • @pennthebaker You have rules to follow if you want to make positive results. You can't just eat "a lot". You have to monitor your calories. Find your range and stay within that range. First step for anyone who wants to gain muscle / weight is to do it right - find your Basal Metabolic Rate, calculate your Daily Calorie needs based on your activity level. Then increase your calories accordingly.

  • @MULTIMEDlA Agreed....... But as i said........ Ectomorph = Eat like an animal! 5000 + healthy calories, heavy hard training, tonnes of rest, GET BIG! 6 packs are for underwear models!

  • @pennthebaker Anyone mentioned 6 packs ? You do realize anything above 15% body fat = less muscle gain. The leaner you are before starting a bulking cycle, the quicker and better results you get. I don't understand why anyone would even consider 5000 calories a day... Not only would that be so expensive, but managing to eat that much ? Well used of enzymes and appetite enhancers. Unless of course bodybuilding is your job.

  • @MULTIMEDlA What?! How on earth does a body fat percentage over 15% hamper muscle gain? All its going to do is hide some definition! I mentioned 6 packs coz you keep harping on about body fat and being lean and not eating carbs before bed blah blah blah. The diet i propose is for skinny guys who wanna bulk. Not skinny guys who want some definition. By consuming that many healthy calories you will be saturating your muscles with everything they need to get bigger and stronger. If Skinny Eat Loads

  • @pennthebaker so 5000 calories for skinny guys who want to bulk ? Where did you get that information from, can you please direct me to this compelling research - sounds very interesting. Not only is that stupid but expensive. Learn more about nutrition, body fat has it's negative effect on muscle gain. I gained weight and muscle with just a diet surrounding the 3k. Like I said, anyone looking to bulk must know their BMR and maintenance calories.

  • @pennthebaker There is a reason why body fat % is very important ! and it is not to have a 6 pack. Depending on it is the reason why we adjust a caloric intake in the first place. The high the body fat percentage , the lower your caloric intake should be ( skinny or not ). So please you have no idea what you are talking about. Not only that, but you can't even spell I with a capital. Just shows how well educated you really are. I don't mean that as being an asshole, but I can't take you serious.

  • @MULTIMEDlA Ha ha you do realise it's only completely arrogant arseholes with nothing better in their lives that seriously have a go at someones grammar or spelling when they're typing on a youtube page. Says a lot about you. Also you have still failed to explain the correlation between high fat levels and a decrease in the ability to build muscle. The reason why? It doesn't exist and you're too worried about someone putting a capital i in their sentence instead of a lower case. Sad.

  • @pennthebaker You have no prior (if any) knowledge of Bodybuilding. High BF% doesn't decrease the ability to build muscle directly. I.E someone who is skinny, high BF% and bulking is not making any progress but increasing his BF with minimal muscle gain. How much do you think the lean body mass would increase by and how long would that person needs to be in a fatloss cycle for ? Since his BF% is already high, and constantly increasing due to bulking ?

  • @MULTIMEDlA I never claimed that high body fat would aid building muscle. You however have claimed that it negatively affects muscle building. This is incorrect and you are still yet to prove otherwise. You are also assuming that someone would want to start cutting their fat. You have jumped the gun with this however, as this post is ONLY about bulking up. Instead of me not getting upset about your pathetic attempt to smear me beacuse of a grammatical point how about you just grow some balls.

  • @pennthebaker Ask any bodybuilder (forum/in person), a legit personal trainer with credentials. This is nothing new in the bodybuilding community. You do not start a bulking cycle with a high percentage body fat. That my friend is a fact ! The reasons are obvious, for once - you do not want to accumulate more fat in your body thus making this harder for a fat loss cycle. The longer the cycle is , the more muscle you lose. Do I need to draw it out for you or are you too ignorant and stupid ? Sigh

  • @pennthebaker And you contradict yourself, if BF doesn't aid building muscle, why would you recommend someone eats a lot before bed ? Regardless of body type, meso',ecto' or endo' you do not start a bulking cycle with a high body fat % period. Meal Ratios and DV Caloric intake would be meaningless then, they would serve no purpose. Because according to you a 5000 daily calorie intake is ideal. You lose credibility with the lack of bodybuilding knowledge... P.S It wasn't an attempt to "smear you"

  • @MULTIMEDlA This is the last time i'm going to say this because you will never get it if you can't after this....... This is a topic on bulking. What i suggested will bulk an ectomorph up. It will add pounds of muscle and a bit of fat. Last time i checked that is bulking up. What you keep saying is that fat is counterproductive for muscle building. It isn't. The strongest men in the world have large body fat%. You seem to be focused on vanity with fat loss cycles. Great. But wrong forum.

  • @pennthebaker Haha your facts are based on the strongest men in the world ? You do realize they use peptides and hgh enhancers which are not illegal in the sports + stealth steroids ? They do not need to worry about any fat %. You can't not just start a bulking cycle with random calorie numbers. First you need your calorie requirements. BF % will determine if you need to bulk or cut. You may want to look up Tom Venuto, one of the best fitness coaches out there - Burn The Fat Feed The Muscle.

  • @MULTIMEDlA Clearly you don't get it. I also think you need to stop reading muscle and fitness magazine and actually get out there and get some experience. Too much science talk not enough being an animal. Oh and too much worrying about grammar. I'll be in the gym and then i'll be smashing bowls of oats before bed. See ya science boy.

  • Comment removed

  • @pennthebaker Haha, the science behind bodybuilding is the reason why one "builds" muscle in the first place. If there was no research surrounding bodybuilding, you wouldn't know what protein/carbs do for your muscles. I don't read any muscle or fitness magazines. I already got my own personal experience from bodybuilding. I used to be 124lbs, and now weight 165 due to the science you so disapproved of. Would be amusing to see what kind of results does the bowls of oats before bed give you.

  • @MULTIMEDlA Can't believe i'm talking mass with a guy that weighs 165! What are you 15? The science you seem so hooked up on reading about is all the crap companies make up to sell you their muscle building products e.t.c. It is a very simple process made needlessly complicated for capital gain. Common sense should prevail with my last comment about how the strongest men in the world have high fat% coz they do what i've been saying. Eat loads, rest loads, train hard. "Oh i must get a 6 pack" Fag

  • @pennthebaker 15 because I weight 165 ? That makes absolutely no sense. Your argument is nonsensical, nobody is talking about a 6pack, nor any muscle building product. Strongest men have high fat % because they have been doing what you been saying all along -clearly you do not understand. If you want to gain fat, sure eat lots. Who wants fat ? Have you any idea about LBM ? Meal Ratios ? BMR, Calorie DV ? An Ectomorph does not seek a world strongest man physique. I am sure you are the exception.

  • @MULTIMEDlA Ha ha i've never heard anyone try and throw so many key phrases and body building terms around in my life. You'd get laughed out of my gym. You should try some new reading material instead of muscle and fitness. An ectomorph seeks bulk. My way gives that. End of, loser. You're talking about 6 packs when you're gobbing off about fat loss cycles..... who the fuck does that unless they want definition?!! God you are so slow! LBM BMR CALORIE DV fuckin blah blah blah?! WRONG FORUM cadet

  • @pennthebaker These are actual facts, cited long term research - these facts do not come from any fitness mag'. Needless to say is just how the body works. What really went through your mind when you assumed I was 15 because I am at 165 pounds ? You have ridiculed yourself - you presume anyone who goes into fat loss is going for definition and a 6pack ? The lack of your intelligence is beyond imagination, and to top it all off you need to use profanity. Why are you so upset "brah" ?

  • @pennthebaker The fact is you can't advice anyone to eat 5,000 calories without any prior knowledge of their stats - bodyfat, lean body mass, B. metabolic rate, age, weight... Is not about definition - it is about being healthy and making the right progress. Gaining lean muscle and not fat. Who wants to be an Ectomorph with a BF considered as obese ? Please educate yourself and don't get so offended. It is okay to learn something new.

  • @MULTIMEDlA The only offence i took was at your pathetic attempt to embarrass me with your grammar checks. Now i can advise anyone with anything i like. All i did was try to give SOMEONE ELSE some friendly advice then you stuck your nose in even though this had nothing to do with you. Now i am an ectomorph but having followed my plan, along with a lot of calisthenics, i weigh considerably more than you and have an acceptable body fat%. Keep your fancy abbreviations and your magazines loser.

  • @pennthebaker Just because someone has knowledge on the principles of bodybuilding doesn't mean they are stacked with magazines or bodybuilding products. You can weight more than me, is that making you feel better ? It has nothing to do with who weights more or less. I am at 165 and I wouldn't want to EVER go over it, I draw the line here. It's ok to give advice, just don't mislead people with the wrong advice. How about you upload your amazing transformation *claps* defy the laws of the body.

  • @MULTIMEDlA You don't have knowledge...... you have lots of key phrases. You could probably recite entire paragraphs from all your magazines. Anyone who spouts as much crap as you is generally making up for a lack of experience. Anyway my advice isn't wrong as it has worked for myself and many others. Just because you don't like it and your focused on the vainer aspect of bodybuilding, which is fine. Anyway that's offensive as i haven't at any stage said that what you think is wrong. Grow up.

  • @pennthebaker Excessive calories = fat. It is not information gathered from a magazine. It's a fact (it is law). FYI I do not have any magazines :) Not that it has anything to do with this. You however direct things at me like it is going to affect me in anyway. You have nothing but use of profanity and lack of intelligence. Don't torture yourself because you have nothing to back your theories from... absolutely nothing but "your personal experience" - plz upload your transformation. HAHAHA

  • @MULTIMEDlA No my friend it is you with the lack of experience and the head full of magazine articles. You read the protein tubs and the latest calve workouts from Mr. Olympia all the while promising yourself you will get bigger as long as you're doing the fat loss cycles and looking at your meal ratios and having a slime line casein drink before bed and your DV's, BMR's, BF readings blah. Excessive calories = Fat only if you're not utilising them, that's just common sense magazine boy.

  • @pennthebaker See what I mean. Sounds like you know me too well ? I wonder how you have come to a conclusion that I am 15, I read the latest magazine articles from Mr. Olympia. You are far beyond stupid. Fat loss cycle is common sense of being healthy. How would anyone want to be anything above 15% body fat, in whose mind does that fit. I want to have a high body fat percentage ? It's a pity that someone like you exists. I feel sorry for you. Wonder how long you going to keep hitting reply.

  • @MULTIMEDlA Probably just as long as you keep replying dick head. What makes you think it's ok to say that to me whilst continuing to do the same yourself. Hypocrite springs to mind. Don't keep going on those weight loss cycles though mate, at 165 you'll waste away soon. FAG.

  • @pennthebaker Is that the best you can do, get upset and use profanity ? You were challenged to provide compelling evidence to support your theory's credibility. Yet you still fail to do so, and your best resource is to insult and latch to the same sentences ? You are getting boring. How about you calm down a little bit and focus on the subject ? rather than start an internet failure of rage and insults. Perhaps is time to grow up and learn some manners.

  • @MULTIMEDlA I'm repeating myself because you have made it painfully obvious that you're not getting it. You've failed to answer every question i've asked of you and failed to support any of your evidence. All you seem to do is say that i am wrong. It is far from challenging to try to have a debate with someone such as yourself when this is all you can come up with. I've destroyed you. Accept it. You just can't admit that all those cozy nights with your books have been wasted. Upset? Lol! Idiot.

  • @pennthebaker When someone tries by any means to ridicule themselves with false information and use of profanity - loses credibility. You have lost (if any) respect for what you type. I am 15, anyone who does fatloss is trying to get a 6 pack, I am a fag, I am a loser and among other ridiculous things you said, haha what a joke. When I asked you about the documented research or any real information supporting your "ideas" you tend to ignore it and attack me like you even know me ? Well done*clap

  • @pennthebaker you two bitches need to get a room

  • @dafuksup No need to get jealous dick head. There's plenty for all.

  • @pennthebaker Hot

  • @BenjaminKuruga Hell yeah!

  • @pennthebaker settle down bitch boy, this is between you and your boyfriend.

  • @dafuksup Exactly so why you getting involved fag? Just shown how dumb you are.

  • @MULTIMEDlA Ha ha haaaa. I just went on your channel. Is that you? Is this the guy trying to talk to me about mass????!!!!! Holy shit. You flex them abs son. Shoulda looked earlier. Enjoy your fat stripping and leave the hard core to the hard core. This is the end for this conversation. See ya pretty boy x

  • @pennthebaker Thanks for calling me pretty :) and thanks for watching the video. I get like 2 cents per view.

  • @pennthebaker It's funny though that you still use some of the principles that you so much go against and think they only come from magazines. I wonder how did you managed to gather the information that you need carbs after a workout, heck I know you were not born with that knowledge. You still have yet to prove anything you said is a fact. Regardless of what you say, you keep contradicting yourself and won't ever prove your theory right. You can't even show your progress, :). Peace friend peace

  • @pennthebaker How long you think an Ectomorph can afford a fatloss cycle before he loses everything he has gained on a bulking cycle ? When you go on a calorie deficit, you will lose muscle. You would spend more time burning the fat you gained on top of the fat you already started off with which was at high levels. If this rule didn't apply, we wouldn't have BMR and Meal Ratios. These 2 are vital for any bodybuilder, and these are FACTS. P.S Don't get so offended by the grammar bit.

  • Damn dude. You're sharp, and cool when you talk (cool as in chill). This is why I subbed. Nice tips btw :)

  • How many days rest is ideal? after a 45min-hour workout?

  • Because I'm doing this intense 35-40 minute home workout plan and I was using 15lb dumbells and I've noticed results and when I moved up to 20lb, it felt alot heavier even though its not my max but it looks like my muscles are shrinking back to what i was before.

  • What weights should I be doing as an ectomorph? More sets of lighter weights or less sets of heavier weights?

  • @Warrantofficer13 Definitely want to do less reps and smaller sets of heavier weights if you want to put on muscle mass

  • do u use weight protien creatine to get to your size? Or you just all natural?

  • Good video.

Another way to avoid overtraining (rather than watching the clock) is to count total worksets (excluding warmup sets) in the workout. Australian strength coach Ian King recommends doing only 10-20 total worksets per workout -- for example, 6 sets of squats, 6 of bench presses, 6 of rows, and 2 sets for abs.

  • dude this guy from my church works out 4 hours everyday for 5 days a week crazy terminator

  • 47 pounds in one year? i thought i was good when i gained 33 pounds (while losing fat about 2 pounds)

  • this, and other vids in this series are very helpful, i wouldnt say im a "hardgainer" but im definitly going to mix up my workout routine (according to the tips) and see what happens!

  • I was 58 kg (127lb) at 5'10" Xmas '09 .I started with 2x 11lb dumbs doing bentover rows, tricep extensions, curls, shoulder presses, upright rows and shrugs to build my strength for 8 wks. I got a broomstick and put 3 bricks each end for basically the same routine.Gradually I have built up now having a bench and a home made squat rack.I now do bench press,mil/beh neck presses rows curls deadlift squats.45old, Spinal injury 160lb now. 45mins,3 days a week.I eat no more than I did, just work smart.

  • ok how can i break it up each workout session?? are you saying that I should be doing deadlifts, stiff legged deadlifts, squats, bench presses, pull-ups, each workout session??

  • anyone know if its safe to take creatine with a leaky heart valve?

  • @LloydBanks4Life1 you may want to ask a doctor that question, not youtube..... WOW

  • @SteelShredd its a common medical condition, wtf idc

  • @LloydBanks4Life1 Please dont ask info on youtube go to a doctor!

  • @Iplayrs8D shut the fuck up

  • @LloydBanks4Life1 Ok put your life on youtube good choice =D

  • @Iplayrs8D u dont make sense

  • but what if youre an ecto AND a beginner? instead of split routines you should do full body routines, still no more than 1 hr workouts 3 times a day, reguardless if youre an ectomorph, right? this shouldnt apply to skinny ectomorphs who are beginners, especially if ur tryna gain muscle and size ASAP...full body workouts give more gains than splits

  • If your an ectomorph the best way to train is to train no more than fourty minutes a day three days a week. Each of the three days that you workout you should workout different muscles you should exercise a muscle every five or so days in order to let that muscle recover, and being an ectomorph youll need those recovery days to eat enough calories and protein to help the muscle recover. For example, exercise your lats and biceps on monday, chest and triceps on wednesday, and legs on friday.

  • I'm an ectomorph weighing 140 at 6'3. thanks for your tips. I'll use them when i finish reading the scrawny to brawny.

  • I'm 15. I'm on roids. i go for 90 minutes a day. massive gains. lot of weight, little reps. plain and simple.

  • roids is for lazy people.

  • This info is spot on. This is exactly what I did and I gained 14 pounds of muscle in 4 months.

  • What car are you driving? Really nice.

  • work out more than 45 mins is too much? you kiddin me? i get good results and when i work out its like 2 hrs at least.

  • @Alexgotnicebody 45 minutes to an hour for hardgainers. If what your doing is working for you and you're gaining 2+ pounds a week then keep doing it! No need to change it up.

  • @WeightGainNetwork im an ectoporh and the MOST HARDEST thing is to eat breakfast becouse my breakfast really sucks couse i dont have alot of time eating my chicken and rise, what breakfast for a hardgainer ectopormh whould u perfer?
