Jack Fines out she is in the war and meets her, but later she's captured by the Germans, then that's where the story begins, when he fights the German army to save her.

Jack would also help people against the German army.
The Undead Nightmare took place before John was killed at the farm. If you notice that Jack was still young, along with his wife. Then after the ordeal with the Undead Nightmare, Ross came to the farm and killed him.

In undead nightmare at the end there's a cutscene when john returned to see if abigail and jack are okay and they are and it then says either 2 weeks, 2 months or 2 years later then the camera goes over to johns grave and john is resurected as a undead and since he held the holy water he may look like a zombie but hes soul is still a man

The man is God. Because the second time you meet him in Mexico, he sends you to a church with a nun there. You have the choice whther to donate to the charity, or not.
