You need video editing software to do that. Windows Movie Maker and iMovie are good for beginners but you can get something more advanced if you want.

After you edit it, you have to save it into one of the files that Youtube accepts so it can be uploaded. Then on this site you click the Upload button and it takes you through it step by step

High uncompressed makes a really large file, so I suggest just setting it to High. PlumbBobToggle off removes the diamond, maxmotives maxes out their needs, and the subtitles are added in the editing process with my editing software.

if you hit Tab while in the game, you can get closer shots, and then camera parameters (you'll have to google those) allow for even better camera angles
