I believe iraq had the 2nd highest number of jews in an arab country next to Morocco. Both places are beautiful, but morocco has a bigger group of tzaddikim. the hebrew dialects influenced from the places where they lived, as happened in arabic.

I lived in the city Ta'iz which is about 5 hours driving from the capital Sana and up ahead is Raida where the Jewish community still thrives.

They say they prefer to stay there.
