I have this in a couple of week, did my IDST about a month ago, got 8:58 in my 1 mile and half but i want to join the paras!

i think some people are forgetting this is just selection.. not Phase one training. i've done this 2 day course and passed... it's censored, i can assure it's not as easy as they're making out!

I came back from my selection today this is very dumbed down lol the instructors arent that nice! and it is alot harder physically than it looks!

@SilvaG17 What you on about? Its EASY!!! I passed 17th February, going in as a Combat Medical Technician like my brother. Only got 10:16 on the run time. But put 110% into everything and got a high A grade. Now im just having to wait until the new release dates for CMT is released then im in! It is SO much easier than it looks. Its nerves that get to you. When you get started its fun! Id do it again if i could! You get as much out of it as you put in! Best of luck! And p.s Food it beautiful!

this is selection it only lasts 2 days not more than two weeks

i just completed this course, its so much harder than it looks and than it looks and the people like the corprals ect. are sound if your sound with them and give them 100% just train for it properly and dont cheat yourself and on the team tasks be as vocal as possible because if not you will be seen to be shy, and dont mess around on them, a person in my team was failed for smiling when we dropped one of the objects, anyway good luck whoever going for it!

Ive gone through this myself, and i can tell you its not as easy as it looks haha, you go there i bet within 2 weeks youll cry on the phone to your parents or your partner wishing to go home, Im proud to have gone through this though, its an achievement for anyone, but the training only starts there, but it does get easier over time, when your body is used to the army way

@whapster ADSC is only 2 days long? do you mean 2 weeks into basic training? haha
