I KNOW! they stopped in 07 i think and they banned me just because i wanted one! i clicked the adopt a poogle and they banned me. they banned all my accounts. also, if u dont go on within 30 days they will ban u. and u can only use the email 5 times, REALLY DIFFICULT TO SIGN UP! message me if u want to know the difficult parts

yep! it is free! they have a error message now, i was talking about my old account but the 30-day ban thing they still do. it is hard naming the neopet online because everyone used every name in the universe! and each neopet has a different name, no 2 are exact. so it is hard!!!!!!!!
