Several stories form BC:

One time I was doing very well as a recon and I hadn't been killed the entire match. I was about to get another kill when some idiot support spawned on me and started firing away through my window drawing loads of attention. Before I could get away I was killed.

Another time I had single handedly armed a bomb when a specialist ran up with a ton of C4 and set it off. I had at least 2 other guys defending me at the time so that specialist got 3 team kills.

Only if it's in immanent danger of being destroyed/stolen is it ever concievable.

The chopper is VASTLY more powerful with a gunner, not to mention an engineer to heal it whenever it get's damaged, and it means a buddy isn't stranded.

Which maps? Oasis has one exposed chopper pad, theres one chopper site of the three in Arica Harbour that is exposed ... I can't say I'm ever particulary nervous while waiting to fill a chopper. I can't recall more than a couple of times I've been taken out and I've been playing more than 300 hours.

I feel like a lot of COD players jumped ship to Battlefield. Because few players actually know how to play it. To be honest... the game isn't about getting the most kills or points. It's about teamwork and objectives. I think the COD noobs sit around and do nothing about the crate. I always find myself running to it only to find 4 teammates like 10 meters away from the crate and not even making the effort to disarm it. But I will add a point... you are a noob if you block doorways.

OH you forgot an important one,, i pick up a chopper, wait a minute for a second man to be the gunner, no one joins, and i leave. do alittle damage,, a noob respawns on me firing at the ground as im landing for repairs.. i get out to repair he takes over the pilot seat, leaves me behind with a 30% health chopper. as i count to ten as he goes directly outside the map within 5 seconds suicide. definition of a noob right there
