@AdamEnosh She is speaking to women not men ... she also tells a story of how she went through this struggle of speaking before men but the men also wanted to hear what she had to say ... she was also chastized by women bc she was feeling that she should not be speaking up ... they were encouraging her to put her fear and doubt of speaking up. I heard her live myself she really was a blessing for me, I haven't been the same since then! In a good Godly way!

Also, please remember that God's task alone is to render a judgement that condemns but, we are to 'judge' others who speak God's word. JUDGE can also mean 'to distinguish' or 'to consider carefully' : John 7:24 says "Judge not according to the appearance, but judge righteous judgement"

i love Lisa and John, they show the world that you can be a christian and still be cool!!! God is looking for normal people, He doesnt want you to try to act all religious, that stuff turns people off............ when people see that you are real, THEN they will want to know more about Christ........... BE HOLY BUT BE REAL!!!.... God could care less what clothes you got on ( unless you got some mini skirt or something, lol). He doesnt care about that stuff, religion does, He looks at the heart!

Lisa you are an amazing woman of God, she and her husband John Bevere have brought SO MANY people into the kingdom of God, they have gotten so many people saved, its beautiful, God is so pleased with them that when they first started, a person came up to them and said i will build you any house you would like, make the blue prints and my company will build it, thats the favour of God, God YOU ARE SO GOOD!! GOD IS A GOOD DADDY!!! HE GIVES GOOD GIFTS!!!. we need more people like Lisa and John!!!!

I see no difference between the way she dresses and the way devil's children dress. The Biblia says: " Repent and convert". Maybe this woman repented, but she has not converted into Christ.

You obviously havent been out of your house in a very long time if you think this is the way the "world" dresses. Your way to busy pointing fingers at others. I dont see any difference between the way the world tears down a Christian than the way you are tearing down this woman either..so what does that say?

@Brenda0312F Well let me tell you something, it does not matter if I have not been out of my house in a long time, it does not matter how the world changes, the word of God will never change; it will always be the same. You mean that because times have changed then the word of God has changed, too. I am a math professor in college and I am in touch with people from different nationalities, and different cultures everyday. God does not change, and neither does his word.

God commands you to look inwardly-take the plank out of your own eye-rather than pointing put flaws IN YOUR BROTHERS AND SISTERS. This is the way it has been, God will reveal to them in time if their actions and/or thoughts and intentions were right, just focus on keeping yourself right!

@lizziedavidson1987 i agree that we need to look at ourselves before criticising others BUT if God has given a Christian LEADER a teaching gift, then it is their duty and responsibility to teach and promote righteousness and not be seen to CONDONE any sin that is evident within the church community. The only mandate we have to preach OUTSIDE the church is the message of redemption through the cross. A message of Christ's LOVE. God does not condemn the unbeliever and neither should we!

Second point God doesn't HAVE to condemn unbelievers, they're condemned already! They're sins are condemning them what God does is CONVICT unbelievers, completely different things which achieve different ends what we do and should do...

@refusecollectorrrrr ...is shine a light on their sin by way of the 10 commandments, the law was given for that specific purpose and Jesus used those same commandments during His ministry would you tell Jesus He was condemning and unloving? Anyway that is what brings conviction and them they feel condemned, which they are, and then they can handle the cross. Law, conviction, repentance that's the way it was always meant to go!

Ok now let me try to clear the air. The "Fear of the Lord" is different though it is similer to regular fear. There are two different kinds of fear. The one we are used to in todays society and culture is fear of having an accident while driving, fear of your boyfriend or father abusing you, fear that gives you anxiety, fear that is unhealthy. The other fear is a good fear. It's like with you're parents maybe or your guardians, whoever it is that you look up to and respect. ^continued^

Ok so, I listened and she did get saved out of being afraid of burning in hell, her boyfriend getting caught up in the rapture, whatever. But after that she did experience the love of God, she found out what God was all about. He healed her, delivered her and all that AWESOME stuff God does haha.

Yes, she was afraid... she didn't really know God. But then what happened after that- including the salvation, healing, and changed life- is testament to the existance of God and His power.

@Aslanspal she said the fear of the lord came to her. you have to understand fear of the lord is different from being afraid of God. when you have the fear the lord you come to understand is Glory, greatness, beauty and being and come to realise that there is nthin mo fulfillin than to obey him. u esteem his word,desires /commands above all else ie deny urself take up the cross and follow Jesus. as a christian i aspire to live for God prov 1v 5 the fear of the lord is the beginning of knowledge.
