in this vid I was using the Peavey m-4000 for the sub, now I have both the technical pp-3000 and PA-3000 the pp-3000 now runs my sub and does an excellent job of doing so for small and or really large venues, try and watch my other vids on the system update, the 18" sub is not featured in them due to it being in storage but my SP2 speakers are in them
i know but do i have to plug just one side or the two from the back of the sub?
and also .. do i need any other stuff for the sub like a equalizer ,cross over or anything like that? i got a gig coming up and i need info asap please!
just make sure that it is not an amp made by pyle,Gemsound, nady, etc... or any of the other budget amps as they tend to have issues, I have had my issues with them, technical Pro has proven to me that they are worth it, I have had mine for almost 4 yrs and not one issue.
I would recommend a technical PA-3000 or anything that can put out 300w rms this sub should not be under powered. the Peavey that I have that was running the sub was a little under powered. I bought a New Technical Pro amp the other day and all I can say is, DAMN!!!!!
i have the same mtx speakers
