  • Ha! That's funny "Epilady" ! I call it the "Precor". You do an hour on that? Wholly cow, you rock.

    And Doug, you rock too, hanging leg lifts are SO hard-tough stuff. I work on my lower abs on my back with legs pointed staight up and crunch up. Painful but effective.

  • I had no idea what a precor was. I had to look it up on the net. I didn't know it was called a precor too. Ya I do an hour...but it is set at the lowest level.

    Ya Doug is going to like a rock. He has been giving me some KILLER tips. I haven't tried the hanging leg lifts yet. I don't think my gym has a specific machine for that one.

    I tried the legs up crunches. They are painful. It is so hard to keep the legs straight.

  • total of 44 lbs lost???? that's freakin' sweet!! the best way to work the lower abs (in my opinion) is hanging leg lifts...that's the straps that you put your arms through, hang and lift your legs
