halo... pls tok properly hor... we peranakan's kebaya is so different from the malay's.. u guys call it baju kebaya we call it sarong kebaya... and pls... we have our own dialect too... so diferent from bahasa malayu neither isit bahasa indonesia
Peranakan is very Malay! Peranakans took alot of things from Malay culture and claim it to be theirs especially Kebaya. Even the language, lucky they never claim Malay as a Peranakan language. Many of them dont even speak or understand Malay. Sad.
