BMW e38 7 series Front Midbass Installation Part 2

Do you know the size of each speakers in the E38?? i believe the car has 12 speakers in total. i would like to replace each speaker, u think i can put aftermarket speakers?? and will the factory amp handle the aftermarket speakers??

@millenia007 Good questions. The factory midbass drivers are 5.25" and while the size fits aftermarket components (except for depth in some instances) you will run into impedance issues w/factory amp. We recommend going to bavsound dot com and checking out the Stage I speaker upgrade for your E38. It's an extremely easy upgrade that replaces every speaker with a much better sounding, impedance-matched driver.
