    Recipe can be modified by using different nuts, spices, vinegars or ume seasoning, lime, can use pre-prepared nut or seed butters... tahani, cashew, pumpkin seed, hemp seed hazelnut etc..

    - Tamari can be substitued with Shoyu, maybe use cayanne pepper, juniper berries, nutmeg, ginger instead of or as well as garlic,
