It's funny that Bill O'Reilly ducks behind "we couldn't get John McCain to come on here" as a defense of Fox's supposed non-biased agenda. FNC went out to Alaska to build John McCain's running mate a studio so she could appear as a "contributor" as often as they wanted her to. I remember in an interview after this when Stewart discusses "Earth The Book" O'Reilly said "There's a lot of Nazi stuff in here." And Stewart made an EPIC facepalm. I just wish more and more Americans had the ability to look at television programs and analyze the things they say and agree or disagree for themselves. It's difficult (I find it difficult) but it needs to happen.

He doesnt refer to the Fox News Program as an opinion network, but then again, he wouldnt have a job probably if he did. @337noname To the credit of Fox News, the majority of the media has a liberal slant. NBC, ABC, CNN, PBT, so its okay if the Fox News Program is slanted as well. I'm pretty sure that anybody who pays attention comes to the conclusion that all media networks are biased. I do support programs like SS, medicare and so forth but I do not support an increasing dependence upon them. I believe that people should be self-reliant if they can be. Most of the recipients are lazy and fraudulent.

Sure, the current "media" re enforces those assumptions plus the concept of Left-Right Con-Lib, but in reality those terms are sadly used because opinions and assumptions are cheap and easy. Journalism is hard and costly.
