I went to hershey this week and saw that blue light. there's also an extra red light on the other side

The light was left over from when the ferris wheel was colored to look like their no longer used pinwheel logo.

Personally Hersheypark in general has done some fail things but thats besides the point. One light left over doesn't equal a fail.
