  • I have a problem, too. The fears of my past are stuck with me which are the scary look of skulls facing you and ghosts. Please give me advice about this, it really bothers me..

  • don't call yourself shadow... a good place to start - focus on positive uplifing things... happiness and positive states of mind are choices you make daily, really - if you bombard yourself with positive energy, your past will slowly be overpowered by a new refreshing feeling of intense and permanent joy. Do you like the idea of being, happy, thrilled and energized all the time?

  • hey man. i got a problem. id like u to look at it.. and help me out. i found this searching how to be fearless. u see. i skate. im pretty good. but my biggest problem... is i am afraid to do stuff. like.. jumping stuff. dropping off of things ect.. help me out? u are a smart man. so look at my problem please...

  • extreme sports is a totally different story.

    The fear you feel before jumping from an airplane or doing dangerous tricks on your board is a justified "protective" fear which is there to safeguard your well being.

    It's much harder to train that type of fear. The best way though is to take small affordable steps and go progressively into more dnagerous tricks.

    If you are afraid to break your bones, change sport or watch MTV

  • The crashes you see on one of their programs (don't remember the name) is a good test - If you can't take it, really change sport - You don't need to prove anything to anyone - Your body is your greatest asset! When you do dangerous stuff with it, you can REALLY get hurt - most of the top kids in these fields do break their bones frequently. What nobody says is that sometimes you don't actually fully recover from some of these injuries - I would be REALLY careful with that stuff if I was you

  • This is your most interesting video in my opinion. In other words we should live in the present moment instead of being stuck in past or future fears, doubts etc.. We should clear our mind and focus on the now with full energy instead of worrying about irrelevant issues.
