This isn't supposed to be 'wakeboarding'. you can use the kite with combo skis, a kiteboard, a wakeboard, and even a slalom ski. Railslayer, you need serious help if you "can't" use this thing; it isn't hard, although catching big air, as shown in the video, takes solid practice.
This thing rocks!! Not as fun as kiteboarding, but a great intro to airing with a kite. When the wind isn't blowing, this thing rules over wakeboarding any day.

you should kinda bring the kite lines together a couple of feet up from the rider to a pulley, then attach the wakeline to the pulley, then u got a bar underneath that can rotate more easily. maybe could then do spins and handlepasses etc!
have you tried looping the kite yet? might be able to get more airtime with that?
Yup, yup, yup...this is truly fun sh%t! I got to ride a week ago with friends, and while it was a lot tougher than I thought it would be, by the end of the day I was getting 10' airs and landing WAY out in the flats! I can see the future here...although I'll always continue to wakeboard (proper) this is a serious and undeniable fun thing to do. Sorry to the purists out there, just can't deny the sickness!!
Wow! This is a major improvement over the past videos of WakeKite! Huge progress! This sport looks super sick. I was a skeptic before; but the airs in this video are ridiculous! This sport is going somewhere big... and I'm getting one. Gonna jump my boathouse and grind the freakin' roof tiles off! Steez out.
Nice idea ! I wonder how it works with a mtb and a bit of wind...

This thing rocks...best thing to do when the wind dies. way more fun than wakeboarding! Of course, if the wind is pumping, you know where I'll be!!

I have had mine since July. It almost feels strange to wakeboard without it now. Tons of fun. Wish it was a little cheaper.
