I kno that how my stunt group is I'm on of the flyers that's been cheer since I was like four and I'm very muscular but our basket tosses go way higher than alot of the other groups because I learned how to push off and alot of times being muscular makes u a better flyer

Flyers are allowed to be thick. i'm a flyer and I'm one of the heaviest girls on our squad. 135 pounds of pure muscle. Don't diss on thick flyers.

@MHBC16 i agree I have a muscular flyer but she is sooo easy to base because she uses her muscle! Even though she's the heaviest flier, she feels to me like the lightest.
