To get him to ask you for the ruby you have to get 60 in your pokedex

Go to celio and find ruby where ever the he'll it is

You have to go to island 1 and then talk to ceilio and he'll ask you to get him the ruby. When u give the ruby to him he asks you to get him the sapphire. Then u get another part of the town map and get the sapphire. A gu steals it and you go to rocket warehouse and battle the rocket admins. (male & female) Then you get the sapphire back and you give it to Ceilio and he'll thank you. Then the guy guarding the ceruleon city will be gone then u go in there and catch mewtwo. :D

i saw on a video that if you beat the elite 4 twelve times and after you beat/catch mew2, you run around where mew2 was and mew should apear. although it will take a while for mew to appear.

honest to god i just caught mewtwo last night and i used seriously only 3 ultra balls and what i did was throw the ball and  hurry and click a and b together and caught him!:)

I think to katch MewTwo you must beat Elite 4 and katch 60 pokemons,then go to pro Oak he will give you new pokeDex and ten go to cave to katch MewTwo :) you can katch him with ultra ball its not hard !

You need to beat the Elite 4 once.

You then need to go to the 4 - 7 Islands and beat Team Galatic thats around there (They have those panels which move you and they took me FOURTEEN HOURS to figure out how to get past them), beat the boss.

You then need to talk to one of the Elite 4 who live on one of the 1 - 7 Islands, and re-beat the Elite 4 & Pokémon Champion.

You then go to Cerulean Cave and catch Mewto.
