Interesting that the last thing he talks about is lobbying in Congress....foresight maybe? But I think he has a very good point saying that ending lobbying is so unrealistic right now and people should look for ways to take advantage of it instead. Of course, everything is easier said than done.

I keep hearing this same ten-minute snippet of Friedman talking about ET (energy technology) on Public Radio, and I'm hoping this is it! I find him so fascinating, even after only those few minutes, and I'm going to buy his book as soon as I can find it.

I saw Tom's brief appearance on the Daily Show (11/11/08) and stumbled across this video. Very pleased that they posted it here on YouTube.
