I don't get why they said we were too young, since the characters in the story were around 17-18, and all of the main actors were 16-17 at the time.

I guess we just look really young lol! People need to stay positive!

i think is fucking wonderful. people who say you guys look young, it's cause they are people like me (25-30) who remember ourselves at 17 looking exactly as we do now. my only suggestion, i hope you guys are busy writing your own "album" of events at your age.

hey, its just my opinion - i think the cast should have been older etc (same as other comments). but, I think for your age you did a better job than i could have done (im an old git at 37 and probably reflect the demographic) - i think it is great that the hold steady are getting some younger fans - i certainly didnt mean any offence because you have definitely put some work in here

I'm not being an asshole. Maybe a slightly overzealous Hold Steady fan...but this whole album is about people in their late teens and early 20s. Is it too much too ask that they at least look of age? The story of Holly is fantastic, and I get wonderful images of my hometown when I hear it. But since watching this video, all I can imagine is little kids re-enacting situations they know absolutely nothing about. I didn't mean to come off as an asshole.

We were all 15-17, besides one, who was in it for like six seconds.

And we do understand these situations, not to mention I know a lot about the story.

This took literally over six months to make, you can atleast respect that.

I'm digging myself in a hole when I say this, but Holly was 33 when she returned again. (Jesus was 33 durring his crucifixion and resurrection)
