i would rather study in a not-so-famous or no-rank-college-univ in Japan,China, USA, Singapore, UK, Canada or anywhere in this world...rather than this Ateneo-whatever-college/univ..­..how can you live in country called the Philippines full of corrupt politicians, squatters, snatchers, prostitutes, japayukis, call center agents, nurses and physical therapists, typhoons, flood, pollution, ...not to mention....worst airports...what a pity!!!

@TheBlue2011 i was there in grade school, they acknowledge atheism but don't support it. as a young boy i was taught by cle teacher teachers things that today (i go to a canadian school in a extremely multicultural and muslim country) i find racist and the fact that they spoke about catholicism in an ethnocentric manner that lead this boy to believe that it's the only acceptable faith. the university may be different but keep it away from the grade school kids!

antonio 198299, the culture of corruption is a widespread problem and it is something we should all work against. I don't think it's right for you to categorically generalize Ateneans as corrupt. Personally, it is the place where I learned love for my country. And objectively speaking, maraming ginagawa ang mga totoong mabuting tao sa Ateneo para mapabuti ang bansa natin. We should be thankful that such people still exist..

i perceive that ateneo is one of the finest university here in the phil,very rich in tradition,one of the high technology school here in the country and very famous in basketball tradition with intelligent/quick thinker people around the campus,it feels like home
