Mossboy4, I would like you to finish quoting the Scripture. The bishop must be the husband of one wife. The Scripture refers to the bishop being chaste. Meaning that one who is in the position of a bishop must be chaste and must only share the covenant of marriage with one.

No it means what it says the husband of one wife not the wife of one husband...and here is verse 4 to further explain it must be a male verse 4 One that ruleth well his own house, having his children in subjection with all gravity;...A woman is not supposed to rule the house the MAN rules the house so a woman can not qualify to be no bishop!

1 Tim 3:2 "The bishop MUST be the HUSBAND...!" This proves that women will NEVER be qualified to be a bishop because a woman can NEVER become a husband!!! The bible clearly states that a bishop must be a husband, meaning a male!!! Now, please show me one woman in the past present or future who can be a husband!! Titus plainly gives the qualifications for a bishop... one of them is to be a HUSBAND... A husband can only be a male!!!

The correct spelling of that would be "sense" but anywho..... get used to women being Bishops or whereever God places them. You can't conveniently pick and chose scriptures to justify your narrow way of thinking. Really.....None is so blind than he who refuses to see. Religion will kill. You are correct... I cant pick what I want to believe.. I believe it's all right!!! I believe it's wrong for people to lie, saying women can be bishops when GOD's word clearly says the contrary. The HOLY GHOST does make alive but it will NEVER go againt the WORD. I guarantee the Holy Ghost will not call a woman to the office of bishop when the Word says it has to be a male!!!

Gal 3 addresses the unity in salvation, there's no division in the Body of Christ, no one is more important than another, the Body of Christ is a family! However, that doesn't disannul the qualifications set by GOD! The pharisees didn't make the qualifications, they were set by GOD thru his servant. There wasn't one woman apostle/woman bishop in the bible! So, you mean to tell me that God is doing something now that He didn't do in His Word, please! God is the WORD, He can't go against Himself!

The qualifications of a pastor, elder, bishop, apostle, etc are in the bible, God has order in his church! I believe there's no division in the body of Christ but the bible still says "the woman has to come subject to her husband"! So, does that mean there's neither male nor female if two saved ppl are married? You have to righlty divide the Word not just throw verses out there! Paul said, "husbands love your wives"... he was talkn to the church... so is neither male nor female in the Church?

How selective we are!!! Tsk...tsk.... Ephesians 5:21 ALSO says,..Submitting yourselves ONE TO ANOTHER in the fear of God. Sorry Dear, God is no respector of persons. So God is using this woman to reach the masses and here we sit and criticize someone preaching the Gospel. The only army that kills its own soldiers. So what could be the worst thing that would happen from this Woman Bishop preaching the gospel and leading others... maybe someone might get saved. How tragic.....
