@2712nks Nope dude. its imposible to get VAC banned. look here, EVERY game has an config. for example if you play half-life 2 and you change resolution it changes in the config. so its 999% not to get vac banned :D

@supAkooLHD My black ops has been running perfectly for a long time half a year after i got it. But now. It's starting to get insane lagg. I've tried all commands. All prioritising thingies, ma jigz.. xd But nothing is working and still. My computer is 100% overkill for this game. Do you have any other suggestions, Can sound drivers affect the game in case of stutters and fps dropping to about 20 after i've played 5 minutes in a game.

@Callebu Its a game problem. Black Ops is coded very badly. People with Inter i7 and best GPU cards wont run the game -_-. Wait for mw3. Treyarch failed bigtime

it doesn't work, the settings wont "apply" (my own .cfg) (if not set as "read only" black ops will reset the .cfg at start up, set as "read only" it still uses the default settings)

do I need that desktop.ini somewhere? well thats impossible, this is non-steam black ops

@supAkooLHD Its a square I think its supposed to represent ''Lag'' its on the spot where the Perks are located, its a black square with white/yellow lines. Think its only on 1.0, wich I like better cuz @ 2.0 the textures like spawn such as bushes n stuff.

@kkazle The config should help a little, Yes people with úber-highend computers have lag & like 30-60 fps. They can run other games on extrahigh without lag.

@supAkooLHD This config actually screwed up my sound for what ever reason. and im having better luck using the default config. maybe ill give it another try because i heard something was patched today, i think they made the game be able to use optimize multi cpu's, But the problem with my lag is that my cpu keeps going to 100 percent
