@elemci looks a lot like model decals... I remember building model planes.. and the decals had to be soaked. then you take them out of the water and place them in their spot.. in a few minutes they dried to a point you could be sure they would never come off again.. I dont know what its called exactly or anything.. but yup that looks like a decal.
