always loved Derek Trucks' playing, but never really got into his recordings, however THIS sounds great, amazing groove with lots of soul, loving it - will definitely check this album out.

@TeleCustom72 Yeah, Already Free is a great album but you should DEFINITELY check out the Songlines album, his best by a decent way and the groove and soul you're referencing really is there in abundance, and more so than in Already Free to be entirely honest, although I am still a huge fan of the latter album.

This was played on The Paul Jones Show (U.K.) last night. It was a breath of fresh air after the lacklustre stuff I heard (with the notable exception of Little Walter's classic You Better Watch Yourself).
