Hi Everyone, I can now clear up who is the Pencil Spinner. His name is Robert Heim. As far as the soundtrack is concerned it was created in a professional studio in Germany.

Whenever I see this ad in the cinema I start clapping and cheering. It just seems appropriate.

@FaaarPS Thank you for your question.  I am currently trying to find out as another similar question was posted. I hope to know soon. I believe he is a world record champion of Pen Spinning but will confirm soon. This ad was created in Germany so am waiting on head office to advise. :D

@FaberCastellAust If anyone would know, wouldn't suprise me if "De'vo Vom Schattenreich" knows who it is. He's a proffessional manipulation artist and often helps find people for these sorts of ad's. I believe he was part of a nokia commercial. If you still want to find out, maybe ask him.

@dasKernobstgewaechs This advertisement was created by our head office in Germany through an ad agency. We kept it to the original spec. Also I am awaiting the Pen spinner's name. I hope to know soon.
