  • Are those EL34 valves for the power stage.

    Using GEC 5881's will give a much bigger sound-stage but will require a little work.

    Love Mullards - at £115 plus vat - re-valving my guitar-combo costs nearly £1,000 - but nothing comes close.

    You would absolutely adore Tannoy ST15's for your listening, They are a bit big but totally open and well suited to this kind of music. £2,000 buys you the last set of speakers you would ever own. Tannoy Super-tweeters as well and you're cooking

  • i usually don't comment on videos....but my god!.....i honestly don't think i've ever heard a finer system, not even in clubs ya know? awesome to see/hear some real vinyl enthusiast....this IS the way music was and is meant to be listened to.....long live the tone and just real human emotion that's produced from tubes.
