In The Netherland we had a storm with a sort of roll cloud, and behind that a green looking sky. When that cloud did pass over the wind starts picking up very fast. Does someone know what this means?

I've been to good ol' Omaha, NE and right when I came I saw this tornadic shit, so I went back to Toyko, Japan.

wow i remember this storm was watching this same thing on tv good old Bill Ramby sounds anxious as always almost praying a tornado drops live on skycam just to boost their ratings up a notch

No, this was in August '07. The Little Sioux tornado was June 11, 2008. If I remember correctly, there wasn't even a confirmed tornado with this storm.

You know I hate when videos on here come from people who just record from their TV'S but in this case, it was really good with the sirens going off in the background which catches the actual setting of a tornado and what happens. A+

I remember this! I was at Prairie Wind 5th grade taking a tour of the school. Just as we left, The EAS broadcasted on the radio. I was at Central high for my foster bro and sis(THEY WERE MEAN AS HELL!). We had to take shelter, well, we waited on the bottom level. I was watching the clouds and this one woman was out w/ a cellphone and she got struck by ligtning. When the storm blew over, We went STRAIGHT home. (8 o'clock). I go to Alice Buffett Magnet Middle (11yrs) and I still remember that day.

Tornado season is approaching. I love severe weather but I must add that I never want to see anyone loose their home or get injured.

thankfully the tornadoes steer clear of 78th and pacific but still that was scary

I used to live near 144th and Q street over 20 years ago. I haven't been to Omaha since around 1990 when I was 19 years old. I read the World Herald from time to time. I remember a lot of tornadoes. I vaguely remember the big one in 1975.

My house was shaking from that

tornado 3 miles from my house

and it was marked as F5!
