You can bring this to the Department of Antiquities at the National Museum in Manila. They can certify it for you. And you can also contact Mr. Venancio Magbuhos af VM Antiques, he is a respected dealer of Chinese porcelain, stoneware and other antique asian trade wares.
Thanks for the info. Yes, it was from a sea excavation (treasure hunt) from a galleon ship in one the islands of Romblon, Phillipines. I just don't know the name of the ship nor year of the shipwreck, but the shipwreck was definitely found near one of the bays in those islands that the Spanish and Chinese ships passed by to trade their wares.

its a ming bowl to me. the condition of the bowl looks like it was found in the sea.
