Inside Man is a good example of a movie where the plot is cleverly constructed yet not complicated to a point where it becomes confusing for the audience.

I'm so sick of watching movies where the makers include everything under the sun in a storyline in a cheap attempt to appear "clever" until you can't tell head from tail of the story, e.g., The Matrix trilogy.

Mulholland Drive.

That movie had me TROLLED for years. I kept hearing it's like a puzzle you can solve and these silly tips made by David Lynch in the special edition etc. as clues to unsolve the mystery and whatnot, but as NO ONE has yet figured it out and it makes no fucking sense no matter how much I watch it, I know even Lynch was trollin'!

Clever? PHAH! A MASTERPIECE? No way. Sure, some of it can be explained, but NEVER all of it.

Hello. I recently saw the film several times on local tv. I know that Owen hides inside a fake wall (not sure hoe they had all those matching panels), but there was alot of digging and looking at pipes. Can you explain what they were digging for and why?
