yea this is a great idea... but its not origonal.... the curl has been around for a long time... stuff like the reverse curls are better...1.because they show ur muscle when you do them so that leads to more motovation... 2. it works your fore arm and biscep alot better...

thats a false statement, because if that were true, they wouldnt make workouts such as power cleans... they basicly work every muscle in your body... power cleans is how people get big... i know what im talking about.
its not possible to grow 2cm on yor biceps in just 2 weeks! measure them when theyre not pumped up, cuz when you do the exercise a lot of blood flows into the muscle, which makes it look bigger
