  • @getsetgorun 5-10 pounds should be sufficient. Choose a weight that you can comfortably perform all the reps, in good form, without serious straining. It should be challenging, not painful.

  • Fill 2 empty milk gallons with sand. Or half gallons depending on how much you can curl.

    Just doing push ups can be good for your biceps and many other things

  • @shadowspirt4121 well technically pushups dont workout the biceps but do work the triceps

  • yea this is a great idea... but its not origonal.... the curl has been around for a long time... stuff like the reverse curls are better...1.because they show ur muscle when you do them so that leads to more motovation... 2. it works your fore arm and biscep alot better...

  • you dont wanna be working two muscles at ones you wanna just target that bicep hence the fact he said its a bicep burner and he's right i have been doing this for about 2 weeks and my arms are 2 cm biggger than when i started these

  • thats a false statement, because if that were true, they wouldnt make workouts such as power cleans... they basicly work every muscle in your body... power cleans is how people get big... i know what im talking about.

  • its not possible to grow 2cm on yor biceps in just 2 weeks! measure them when theyre not pumped up, cuz when you do the exercise a lot of blood flows into the muscle, which makes it look bigger

    It's like a regular curl up, but your palms are facing dowm.
