  • Oh, christ... "authentic feelings"? Anyone who starts talking about expressing the authentic feelings of a three year old can just go straight to hell. The kid's throwing a temper tantrum cuz he didn't get his way. Mom's asking him to explain why he's upset so she can explain why that's a silly reason to be upset. It's called helping him grow up instead of babying him. Kids whose parents baby them turn into whiners as adults... see ForeverIsland8078 as an example.

  • Throw away the new juice box away and find the old juice box that he wants.

  • Use a condom EVERY time.

  • He Can Not Stop Crying!

  • ah soo glad imma 90's kid and they had dem bigass cameras on vhs, cmon no one uses vhs no more

  • Wow, this is the generation that will remember the videocam more clearly than the parent.

  • His first girlfriend is gonna LOVE this video! :D

  • tht is such a cute reason! =]

  • hey, oct 2 is my birthday. I feel important now

  • Well, what you do is throw the new juice box away, find the old juice box and throw it away too, then take the kid and throw his ass into his bed.

  • he is cute..and upset :(

  • He's sad cause you're posting him on youtube! lol

  • this video is hilarious!!

  • To hold or not to hold is something that can differ from tantrum to tantrum, from parent to parent, and from one child to another child.

However, I just wonder what it is like for a kid looking up and seeing a camera between themselves and a parent while they are having a difficult time.

It is almost like we are modelling an exploitative press.

  • "I was expressing curiosity and supporting sensitivity for your son" ---ah ahahahahahahahahahah

You were judging. Plain and simple. I responded to your judgement.

That video was posted to show what a then 3 year old melts down over. You inferred he's not allowed to cry or be held. Your inflection made it sounds as though I'm a bad Mom. Which is why I call bullshit.

read more at queen of spain blog they won't let me post the url but you can figure it out

  • I wasn't suggesting that your child he isn't allowed to be held. I know that some kids don't want to be held when they are upset, because they need their space. I was wondering if that is why you allowed him to stay on the floor so long-I imagine you relocated him after the video. Some kids prefer to ride out their tantrum in their parents arms, and others don't. Please be careful when you judge MY comments! lol I come completely in peace! please believe me! sorry for the trouble.

  • @ForeverIsland8078 Friendly advice: When visiting a short clip of someone's child on youtube, try not to start out with "Isn't it obvious..." Indicating you hold more knowledge about the kid in the video, than the actual parent. :)

  • Isn't it obvious that he is sad and frustrated- I don't understand why the lady first explains why and then asks him why---this makes no sense to me... he is obviously not feeling well!!! he should be comforted!! not interrogated-because you already know why he is upset. We need to help our kids express their authentic feelings and let them know that it is ok to cry when they are sad... Does this child allow you to pick him up in these situations? Because then he could cry in your arms.

  • Forever Island-uh...you obviously don't know me. And don't know the background of this video. Or know my kids. Therefore I say "SUCK IT asshole"

  • I meant no attack on your video. But because of your message, I can know you enough to see that you aren't opposed to calling me an asshole, which is terrible thing when the discussion is over a video of your child. I was expressing curiosity and supporting sensitivity for your son... I don't understand the reasoning in your attitude. I am inclined to feel it is evidence of a greater problem.

  • wow nice. is that what you also say to your kids when your humiliating them like this?

  • good comeback

  • @erinkvest Women shouldn't say "suck it". It creates a paradox.

  • @ForeverIsland8078 he just needed a nap about a half hour before!

  • @ForeverIsland8078 your a big old jerkyface!!!!

  • oh man i get so cheesed off when i can't find my old juicebox.

  • Dude! He had that tantrum on my birthday! :D

  • aww how sad..
