Elhob Kolloh Music is built on a bouquet of Andalusian rhythms and the main one of them called " Zarafat" 13/8, so it is impossible to dance the egyptian regular or what you called classical

usually when an artist become a star as Amani, he has to have his own style, what ever he dances: Andalusy, classical Oriental, etc. If you mean Saidi or fallahi or baladi by egyptian, the dance is very far from those styles. Amani is dancing Andalusian and classical oriental on her own style.
