@blayze999 yeah that's why I'm deciding on Megan haha should I wait for the accessport to come in before I install the dp? I know I won't get the full potential out of it til the stage 2 map but will it hurt anything if I just o ahead and pit it in?

@WRXmayyyne My personal philosophy is never add a mod you aren't tuned for... Putting on a new DP will change the A/F ratios and could cause major problems. Now it might not, but in the end you've got to weigh waiting a little longer to do it right with no risk or rushing and risking blowing your engine...

The seats could fold down in my Subie, but not in the Evo so it's a bit of a pain on trips...

08 wrx's have so much potential with the td04! gonna go stage 2 on mine with a invidia turbo back, perrin cai and lightweight pulley! gonna get it protuned jan 8! can't wait to see what numbers i will be putting down!

Just put the cobb stage 2, 3inch turbo back and turbo xs rfl bov on a 09 wrx today. I could really tell the diff. Too bad it was my buddies car, i can't afford one. But I have fun working on it

get a better intake system for the car. 08's have a terrrible stock intake. see if you can get the spt intake system

Actually the 08's intakes are more than sufficient for most people's power needs (read upwards of 350whp), and SPT isn't releasing an intake for the 08/09s...

With that being said, if you check out the rest of my videos they were a series of a 'one piece at a time' install process...

i need to do a turbo swap but im not sure what to do with. herd bad things about the VF39 that it cracks and thats no good. right now im rolln at 230whp. and wana break 300whp. what do you think would be a good turbo?

You've got an 06? Won't the 08 STI turbo bolt up to your manifold?

If so look at the VF48, not sure but dig around a bit and I'm sure you could find out...

I know for me the easiest way to get that to fit for me would to get a Front Mount intercooler, which is not in my plans for now...

im just going with a monster top mount and a more efficient hood splitter. the 08 sti has the VF50. i could put it in but idk. i just wana make around 300awp. nothing to crazy cause i dont wana buy a new tranny.

I'm 100% sure they've got the VF48, 08 WRXs got the TD04 and the 09s got the VF52...

A conservative tune will get you the 300 mark on the VF48, or you can look into the VF52 and a more aggressive tune can get you those numbers...

Otherwise you can look into Blouch, they've got some turbos that should get you your numbers...
