Only use Breaks for scratching other wise you'll mess up your vynils..

and i've never heard of a tear so that was kinda cool for me.. i'll try that!

more than likely he's using a break record. If you're looking for the "ahhh" you can get Bully Breaks, Warflex, Vinyl Kombat, or about 10,000 other records it's on. Check turntablelab's website I always get good breaks from them.
