Maybe they'll get the Boblo boats restored again and doing cruises, though I doubt they'll be cheap. Last I heard, one had been restored and is operating in New York. The other is stuck in the process of being restored, a little like in the book, with some well-intentioned ppl working on it, but not enough money to finish any time soon.

Yea...Boblo Island was a cool place that had great moonlight cruises and was the place where I had my first date when I was a teen.....all gone but the memories...great book by the way...You need to write one on the Da Yoopers ...perhaps describing "The Fart Song" and the background of the writer......regards...
