  • Well, if the below choice quote from little (p)Ricky were indicative enough of his curious mindset and life values, it seems even Holly Willoughby is not beyond his grubby imagination:

Quote: "Bang tidy! I would proper destroy her!"

Does Holly maybe get a say in the matter, or is it all about you?

  • @adrenalinjunky31 OMG, your still fucking moaning, someone needs to get out more, get off your boyfriends dick and see the outside world once in a while, you must be the saddest prick i know, pissing and moaning about phrases ive put from the show shes on, fuck off dickhead, all your little homo friends have gone now, (let me guess, your gonna pick something out of what ive just wrote, and have a little moan, FUCKING LOSER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!11

  • @R1CKYBOBBY666 Thanks

  • "barton is a faggot, oh and is shit at football"

    A homophobic football expert too?

Jeez, this guy's talents know no bounds.....

  • "I would smash her back doors in!"

Well, looks like I was wrong about our hero, seems as well as justfying violence on innocent cyclists, meting out punitive justice on rioters (without trial etc). It now looks like he wants the world to know he would like to rend and torture a complete stranger anally?

    Complex character - or what?

  • I find it strange that a commentor on here is so vocal about what he would do to rioters in London, who attacked and stole a moped, and I quote:

"prison aint enough for this scum, put him up against the wall and shoot the cunt in the head"

Yet, here is our hero showing vociferous support of a van driver driving at a cyclist, then getting out and assaulting him?

I am off to have a look in the dictionary under the heading 'Hypocrite'

  • @adrenalinjunky31 rioters and cyclists are totally different numbnuts, so dont come on here chatting your shit, go have a little chat with the other tosser on here, im sure you 2 will get on really well, cya

  • Given your level of elocution, and depth of cognitive processing, I can only come to the conclusion that you are (and have been for some time) a schizophrenic, psychopathic, mal-adjusted social misfit who is clearly in the middle of a very deep homosexual panic.

I bet you're bald, fat and you've got a small cock too?

    ICMFP

YES, YES, YES - He shoots......he SCORES

  • The amount of time I spend looking at these vids on YouTube I'm surprised not to have seen this before... So what did he get done for @bbborp ? According to @CyclingMikey he did... And I'm glad to hear it. Idiot needs some anger management classes!

  • Oh look, surprise surprise, all the little faggot bike riders sticking together, why don't you tell a few more of ur friends to comment! See if I give a shit, find it funny my comments affect you all so much, haha, pricks!

  • @R1CKYBOBBY666 They dont affect us. We're merely correcting you. Something of which your parents of arrested development should have done long ago.

  • @downfader2 i dont need correcting dickhead, now go back to your business, oh and dont forget to get all your other faggot friends to comment too, so you can give them a thumbs up haha, fucking losers....

  • @R1CKYBOBBY666 Oh dear. Would you like a napkin to mop up that mess? You really are a sad, sad little boy.

Are we feeling left out? No friends? Is that why you're craving the negative attention of an abused child?

  • @downfader2 oh funny man, id love to keep up the chat but your boring the shit out of me, let all your bum chums know that you comments from now on are going to waste, unless you get kicks from them, which it seems you all do. you hate van drivers, i hate cyclists, so go do one you mug,

  • @R1CKYBOBBY666 I know a few van drivers. They dont drive like this plum.

Thank you, I'm here all night, ready and willing to waste your time. And FYI - Freud would have a field day with your latent homosexuality

  • @almostakiwi yes im serious, this prick goes around with his little camera filming dangerous driving, but at no point he uploads when he jumps red lights or does any dangerous riding himself, and dont say he doesnt do it cos you all fukin do.i got a camera in my van, maybe i should start my own channel showing what arsehole bikeriders are out there, i cud do at least 20 a day, ur all the same, and to put ur mind at ease,no i wouldnt run you or your daughter over, id give you a fukin good slap tho

  • @R1CKYBOBBY666 So you confirm he films dangerous driving and then you say if he records you driving in a similar matter you would have driven over him. All this written on a public forum for everyone in the world to see.

Go on then start your own channel then upload at least 20 cyclists a day and if your not a hypocrite upload any instances of your bad driving.

  • @R1CKYBOBBY666 You sound like a racist - putting all "cyclists" together. We're not all the same, and BBBorp is one of the good guys.

More importantly, why are you focusing on the cyclist, who did nothing wrong here, and ignoring the appalling behaviour of this driver? Do you identify with the driver and are you like him at all? Let's remember who went to court and got convicted in this incident - it wasn't the cyclist.

  • 100% wanker, karma will have her way with him

  • Should have knocked the arsehole cyclist out, twats think they own the road. Prick done that to me, he would be under my wheels!

  • @R1CKYBOBBY666 Are you serious?? You think tits like that have the right to abuse us cyclists do you? So the next time im out with my daughter on our bikes, you would see it as perfectly fine to run us over? and you have the cheek to call cyclists pricks!!

  • "I can't change physics" haha. this guy is an absolute plonk!

  • Your a calmer man than I am. If he pushed and talked to me like that I would of ripped his head off ;)

  • LOOOOL

  • this guy is a complete lunatic, if u haven't get the Police involved, he could hae easly taken u out............ anyway if the Police can't do anything atlease you have him on film for the world to see how pathetic he is....

  • "I can't change physics", smooth words, well handled, and well done on the prosecution/bbc feature! What camera are you using?

  • I'm happy the driver will be punished. Still the video make me think: why our world is needing more and more video-cameras to get some respect?. shouldn't respect be natural between each other? Thanks to share your video and good to share it in BBC news too.

  • I blame fit people, if everyone was fat then they'd cycle slowly and there'd be a difference in speed between car and bicycles. Everything can be solved by people becoming less fit.

  • CD20 driving without due consideration of other road users or CD30 driving without due care and attention and without the consideration of other road users, three to nine points and up to £1,000 fine. DD90 Furious driving three to nine points and again up to £1,000 fine. It's better to report a dangerous driver than witness a fatal colision.

  • It's human nature to get angry and lose control of your emotions; both parties are guilty of that here. But the driver took it to the extreme by intentionally cornering the cyclist in, fully aware that he was there on the road and then braking heavily at the end.

  • No less than a second later, the van driver brakes suddenly in front of the cyclist, leaving him no time at all to react. Think for a second that if the cyclist was to look back for following traffic for just a little longer, he would've smacked right into the back of that van.

  • At 0:17, two seconds later, with less than 100 yards to go before reaching a car that the cyclist will have to be wary of and keep his distance from, the van driver decides to pull in closer to the cyclist, not giving him enough room to safely manouever, endangering him further and leaving no more than a foot or so from the blue car (pause it at 0:19; see the distance between the car's front wheel and that of the van).

  • At 0:14, 200 odd yards away, there are cars parked on the side of the road. The driver of the van will probably have to slow down due to possible oncoming traffic from the other side of the road. So it would make no sense to accelerate past the cyclist, veer to the left and then have brake suddenly reaching that point.

At 0:15, one second later, the driver decides waiting a few seconds will do more harm than good and accelerates to pass the cyclist.

  • Having watched your other video with the black cab driver and now this, its only matter of time before someone does give you a real slap, In both videos you speed up and shout your mouth off to get a reaction. you may have a camera strapped to your head but do you really think that'll save your life? Its a shame your such a wet drip and did not have the bottle to confront the driver of the van when he got out because that would be something worth filming.

  • @telmillwall - you'll realise when you're in that situation and shouting to make your presence known is all you have.

  • @iloveprauns The bike rider put himself in that position by speeding up when the van driver went to overtake at the start, instead of playing up why not keep the speed he was going at or better still use that handy thing on a bike called the brake when he van driver indicated left, but noooooooooooooo the rider decides to put his life in danger then continues to hits the van when he runs out of space. What did he think the van driver was going to do get out and give him a cuddle ?

  • @telmillwall - Do you speak for the van driver too, then? Are you a van driver yourself?

The cyclist isn't at fault. He was riding along, minding his own business and then along came a hot headed, inconsiderate and impatient van driver who, might I add, *should've anticipated in advance the actions of the cyclist*.

  • @telmillwall - We can't tell from the video if the cyclist raised his left arm to show his intentions for going left, but the driver should've made the decision to allow the more vulnerable road user (in this case the cyclist) to manoever the junction safely (irrespective of what direction he was going) before overtaking him. If a driver of a vehicle can't make such an easy judgement then (s)he should have to deal with the consequences resulting from his/her actions and of those around them.

  • @telmillwall - if bbborp was to get slammed into the railings, injured or even chance of death, video evidence against that van driver would be priceless. A slap in return for keeping this nutter off the roads and being taught a lesson is worth every penny.

  • Comment removed

  • @telmillwall - but I like how you're against shouting to the driver to make him aware of his fault, yet you're all for confronting him. Idiot

  • @iloveprauns Idiot ?? how am I against him shouting his mouth off you mong? If you confront someone like that you are going to get a angry reaction wherever you are. To me he puts himself in more danger than what is needed just because he has it on his head

  • @telmillwall - The driver put himself in the situation in the first place by making a wrong decision to overtake. And it was the driver who was the one who confronted the cyclist, not the other way round.

  • @iloveprauns what a load of bollocks this is a perfect case that proves that two wrongs does not make it right

  • @telmillwall - maybe you should think it through before coming to your conclusion.

  • @iloveprauns I'm saying what I see, and I still see a jumped up little prick nearly getting what he deserves with his little rentboy sticking up for him

  • @telmillwall - I can't see your father anywhere in this video sticking up for him

  • @iloveprauns Why would you? he is more likey round your place with his pals spitroasting that slut of a bird of yours

  • Comment removed

  • @telmillwall - so that's who all those men were who barged into my house while I was banging your sister.

  • @telmillwall - instead of dismissing the points I've made so easily. I don't think there's any point in getting through to a half-wit like you, so good riddance

  • @iloveprauns I'll dismiss every piece of bullshit that comes out of your mouth because your a cunt end of story

  • @telmillwall - you've done what most people do when they can't think of a decent comeback to support their argument or anything else better for that matter and come out with a bunch of expletives, usually about the appearance of said person. I know it's hard being you, but it's ok, the time will come when you're in a similar situation and hopefully you'll think back to this and eat your words.

  • @iloveprauns oh yeah that must be it ! what a bellend

  • @telmillwall - but you're right one one thing. Two wrongs by the driver, definitely doesn't make it right.

  • A point on number 4...My last confrontation I got on the pavement just in case....

  • Im not perfect the last confrontation I have with a motorist I asked for a negative response when I confronted him about a mobile phone where I had minimal camera evidence.I asked for trouble and I got it....

    Best of luck anyway.

  • A few points here.

    1) I would never have slapped his van...I have seen it written on a forum that some people see you doing this as serious as slapping their wives.

    2) By what I could see and hear I do believe he did hit you.

    3) With crap driving like that I would have definitely backed off.

    4) At the end of the vid you went in front of him.I would never have done that with a person like that.

  • +1 on the verdict in court.

Slightly sad that they had to pass over on the assult charge, as to us all its obvious but I can see how it cannot be proven.

Hopefully this leads to a short ban at least and a nice bad offence code for his insurance.

  • @drsquirrel0 Because you cannot see the driver of the van hitting Ben. His head moves - yes, but it's not what you know but what you can prove.

  • @mAsTaRiDaH That is exactly what I said.

And prove is for the courts and judges.

Assumption is for the Police to put towards the courts... which is how it got handled so quickly.

  • Glad you got a result bbborp, that bloke was a lunatic!

  • @gazzaburgess Court of law has just convicted the driver on 2 counts.

    You = FAIL.

  • @gazzaburgess Thankfully the judiciary have a different opinion of what constitutes 'enough room'.

The driver was found guilty of careless driving, and public order offences.

  • i think the van driver was in the right, who do you cyclists think you are, you pay no road tax and think you own the road, i hope you did get a slap and your bike damaged, its 1 less of you on the road.

  • @lazyjason78 your the kind of dick head the need to be taken off the road.

  • @germanicdogdick, why should i be taken off the road, i pay my road tax and stop for red lights unlike you pricks. how sad are you lot filming innocent motorists.

  • @lazyjason78 i see plenty of car's jumping red lights/speeding/on the phone,do you drive safe or suffer from road rage just as the van driver did.

and as for the fabled road tax it's does not exist it is called vehicle excise duty.

a tax on pollution and as such an electric car does not pay.

  • @lazyjason78

I pay road tax on my bike, it's an emission free vehicle and so does not incur a cost, I will gladly display a tax disk to that effect, except it would put the tax for my car and your car up in order to pay for a little bit of paper that says ''free''

my milkman doesn't pay road tax because his mikl float is electric, but it's slow, annoying and takes up more space than a bike.

  • Just spotted this. That is shocking! I do hope you took this to the police and that they take this seriously. If possible I'd be interested to know how the police treat this.

Well done for remaining calm. I'm not sure I would have.

  • Holy shit, what is the guys problem..? Dangerous driving and up for a fight.

  • The video is interesting. Same thing happened to me a few years ago with some blokes in a white transit. Funny thing was the white van had stripes down the sides and a blue light on the roof. When I had a go at the driver he threatened to arrest me and chuck me in the back of the van.

  • I have never ever ever ever seen someone who is asking for a smack so much in my life. YES the van driver was both wrong, and an idiot, and he was wrong to react to you at all. But surely you know you're going to get yourself into trouble if you act like this every time you see bad driving? Why not just deal with it in the best way you can, and live to cycle another day

  • @mc4566 Or take him to court to face a judge to plead guilty on 2 counts of dangerous driving and public order offences ;)

(note: this is what really happened).

  • @drsquirrel0 Lol I'd rather not get a smack in the face and I'd also rather not have to spend a load of time preparing and attending a court over something which could have been avoided. I'd have to spend a hell of a long time facing a magistrate (doubt it was a judge) if I took every road incident to court.

  • @mc4566 No one takes every one to court, just the worst.

And iirc OP didn't get hit in the "face". He said it was a bit of a wet slap :p

  • @drsquirrel0 And cutting across you counts as 'the very worst'? Come on, I'd have to bitch slap every other vehicle I came across if that was the right thing to do

  • Huhh, you got a really stupid driver... and i thought, mine is the stupid driver of this month... I will upload my video tonight.

  • This is truly shocking!

The guy is a bully plain and simple, in and out of his vehicle.

Bullys can only get away with acxtions like this as long as people let them get away with it.

Don't let him get away with assaulting you, report this!

  • As a former traffic officer you are 100% in the right, not only does this driver fail to give presidence but his driving falls far below what we would call a compitent driver, thus driving with out due care and attention, he then compouds this under section five of the public order act putting you in fear or your saftey and welfare, report it, muppets like him need taking off the road.

  • Glad you've reported this. I know you've had poor experiences with the police, but this guy needs dealing with, and if that is going to happen at all, a first step is needed, even if it isn't followed up.

    Hope you're ok.

  • You should report it, it looks like you've been assaulted. From a safety perspective what you should've done is slow down (just easing off would've done) and let the vehicle pass, this removes you from the danger. The fundamental tenant is use the road safely, you are supposed to do that even in the face of idiots. For what it's worth I noticed a certain mood on the road in London yesterday and everyone appeared in a bad mood.

  • shame no one jumped in and robbed the van, that would be karma.

  • 'I can't change physics'. Love it :). Sorry to see what happened, i really hope this thug gets what he deserves.

  • @PoliceMadAd He seems to have, legally anyway; bb has posted on cyclechat if you are interested.

  • dont let him get away with this

  • That was nasty. Well done for keeping calm. Please report this to the Police.

  • Report him for assault, Ben.

  • That Muppet has some serious issues, his driving was already dangerous and aggressive, and then he pushes you across the road into the path of a parked car. You gave his precious van a wee slap and he flips and tries to hurt you by breaking so hard his wheels lock up! There is clear intent to harm in my opinion, and he needs taking off the road.

  • @therealzipp0r How is the cyclist in the wrong here? The van cut him up on a corner then the driver got aggressive when the cyclist objected to the dangerous driving. The van driver should never have tried the overtake on the corner, he should have held back until they were round the corner and then overtaken when it was safe

  • @2FlatErics they are both dickheads. if someone overtakes you.. you let them. gobby cunt cyclist fueled the fire, it does not make him right.

  • @therealzipp0r You are such an idiot.

  • Very sorry that you had the unfortunate experience of encountering this thug. Handled exceptionally well, hopefully the police will follow this up.

  • I am sorry but you really have to report this to the police. That van driver should not be on the road.

  • Jesus! I see you used the bike to block him/self defence if he tried anything again, well done.

"I can't change the laws of physics" class response, video shows he was trying to overtake at the junction, he misjudged your speed, and width, apparently.

  • Well handled. Completely awful and dangerous behaviour from the van driver! There was a case a few weeks ago here where someone spat at and threw punches at another road user, but the person kept calm and noted the license plate number and called the police, then the police went arrested the assaulter.

  • omg, this is appauling! yet another reason for more cyclists to need to wear camera's. This fool definitely Hope you're okay! needs reporting

  • Absolute shocker. Three times he was driving like a plank, definitely needs reporting. What i would suggest is going to the local nick of where this took place, and asking for a traffic officer. Reporting it to a normal bobby will get no where.

  • "I can't change physics" LMAO

Shame the rest of the vid isn't funny.

  • As well as being an appauling driver he also has serious anger management issues. Sometimes an extreme reaction like that is a recognition that they have done something seriously wrong but do not want to admit it.

Did he actually throw a punch? His behaviour deserves reporting to the police. The number plate is clear, his face is clear, so the police should have no trouble in making a positive ID.

BTW well done for keeping your cool.

  • What a tosser - you got to report this thug before he does serious damage to somebody.

  • looks like he hit you, and kicked your bike ! Another one that thinks indication gives right of way. Definitely needs reporting for assault!

  • Oh no, you need to report this to the Police. This is assault and he needs to be brought to justice. Unacceptable.

  • did he hit you?

  • report that asshole

  • Comment removed

  • What's going to happen with this? Have you contacted the police?

  • @itsazy Not yet. I'm looking at the best approach. I have all day tomorrow so might do it in person, although that hasn't been useful in the past.

  • @bbborp I don't know what's happened in the past... but surely this will be taken seriously as it's assault... on top of dangerous driving.

  • @bbborp Don't leave it, get on with it. The longer you leave clearly the less it bothers you.

  • @bbborp Don't leave it, phone it in. If you don't you clearly can't take 5 minutes out of your day to report it and can't be that bothered.

  • @TheTaxingmonk Thanks for your concern and advice. I've taken a considerably longer time than five minutes dealing with this so far and have it covered.

  • @bbborp my point is, if you leave it, that is the sort of accusation that can be leveled at you. You should report these things immediately as it only serves to strengthen your case.
