I have to admit Terry really did hold it down for En Vogue all this years....she kept them around because she just kept performing n gettn their music out there...n i respect that n so should the other members of EV....I luv the original(only)..lol...no dispect to the other girls but cant noone replace them..cuz they all had the voice!

I agree, my hats off to Terry, because she is the backbone behind in En Vogue, because she keeps their legacy alive, and after each member left and had children and got married, etc., she kept it going, and you can see En Vogue is who she is, not to say it's not for the rest of the girls, because they have kept is classy to this day, and you never heard any in fighting between the ladies, even in their younger days that's why so many people love them.

Every time I look at this video, I cringe when they all try and harmonize. Amanda was so off key and Terry was a bit sick. This clearly wasn't their best performance. I wonder why they decided to make a DVD of it? I still love them though :)

i don't think age had anything to do with the reason Amanda didn't work out at least from a fan's perspective. many didn't and still do not know about any age difference between her and the other members. i think that's beside the point, one because they all look the same age. youthful looks are youthful looks. she just didn't really fit. she's to En Vogue what Farrah was to Destiny's Child. no disrespect, just saying. thank GOD Cindy, Terry, Maxine and Dawn are back together! EN VOGUE.

I think one of the reasons I (and many of us EV fans) wasnt crazy about Amanda was because of the Major ager difference between them, she's 12 years younger than Cindy, and 11 years younger than Terry, so even though they still looked good together (in this video), Terry and Cindy were in their late 30's at this point and Amanda was in her mid 20's, so its 2 completely different vibes up there

the original four all complimented each other vocally. their harmonies were on point. the groups in the 90's with the best harmonies were en vogue, destiny's child, brownstone, and xscape...i might be missing some but i hope the original four will get back together and stay together.....rhona could stay too.

Maxine had left the group at one point. Amanda Cole replaced Max. A while later Max filled in when Cindy was on maternity leave. I love the group no matter who is in it.
